It was alright being able to access my money before pay day but the aspect i didn't like about it was having to wait till the next working day before receiving the money in my account when I needed it urgently. It will be more great if one can get the money instantly like other normal banks. Thank you

Reliable Savings with Added Extras
I’ve not personally used Stream to access my pay early, but I regularly use it as a savings tool. The interest rates are very competitive compared to other options I’ve looked at, which makes it a really useful way to build savings. Issues since the first day
Since the first day (17 or 18th of December) that I've installed this app I had issues. Now none of my bank shifts from January shows on their records and they say that I need to contact my roostering manager and that in optima doesn't show anything. Issues were sorted at the beginning of February.

Typically, shifts appear once your HR or Payroll team submits them. Please reach out to us via the app if your issue has not been resolved.
Transfer fees
The fact you can transfer money into your account without having to wait until payday is great but one negative is the transfer fee, getting charged for your own money isnt great
