I was approached by the co-founder who wasted my time with 2 interviews offering me a "job" in the company. Both interviews were good because I had the specific skillset they require. After the interview he offered me a $15/h (which is literally the minimum wage in Germany where he lives). I refused and we ended up agreeing on $20/h which will later on be raised to $25. He said he'll have the project that I'll be working on ready by tomorrow and proceeds to never contact me again. Why? Because I'm assuming I gave him enough information on how to get his project going without actually needing me lol. So for everyone out there, don't give out the trade secrets before officially getting hired.
