The Movie app is not perfect but none of the free apps work perfectly and I expected that. Streamers on fire helped me 100% of the time when I need guidance. Bonfire is REALLY good. Happy with that!!
They also don't let you know that you really need a VPN and that to get all of the channels that they claim you can get....you have to pay. All of that comes on a flyer in the shipping envelope.
Customer service was good. Took a while to get things working but we got it together and it’s been worth the price.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy. This is a SCAM. The don't reply to messages, they don't help at all, they just blame the customer for not setting it up right. They don't respond when requesting a refund for your "money back guarantee", Their apps just spin. Basically, you are just buying a really expensive Firestick that you could have bought for a 3rd of the price on Amazon.
I had a good experience with them. The premium service they recommend you after purchase works great, but should be included. Can't get everything for free though... Customer service is better than most.
