Buyer Beware
I paid for the program StearmFab and it failed to work. The You Tube site that I was trying to download I kept getting errors. I have been a long time user of DVDFab and I had a Free Version of StreamFab which stopped working after a few years. So I bought the version of StreamFab, ($79.99) for down loading from You Tube. I down loaded the program and tried down loading a video form You Tube. Kept giving me errors. I removed the the program and Installed the program again. Still the same problems. I contacted Customer Support and they told me that they could not give me a refund and closed out the repair order. they will not respond to my request. I dont think that there customer support is very accommodating to the buyer. After being a long time customer I will not recommend buying any products from DVDFab and StreamFab. Buyer beware. I think there product is to expensive also. Just a Side Note. I found a program on microsoft store that is free and it will allow you to down load from You Tube.

Works wonderfully well on many streaming sites
StreamFab meets most of my needs for downloading video files from streaming sites; if it allowed files from UK Channel 5, it would be perfect.

Works well and is actively maintained
The product works consistently enough to be worth the cost. Due to changes made by hosting services, it is a constant cat and mouse game. This results in some functionality degradation or loss until updates are made. The developers are on top of things and do reply to support tickets, but sometimes communication is delayed and minimal. If you keep your app updated (and updates are released weekly) it is very consistent.

Went in skeptical but the free trial blew me away. After a side by side comparison, I realized the quality was better than the actual stream! Instantly purchased the disney plus pass to nab some good qualities of some older, harder to find content. Can't recommend enough.
