Horrendous
I paid for lifetime subscription, And at first everything went well, Then on January of this year it stopped working, I contacted customer support and have been in contact with them for nearly 9 months, They just pan me off with an update will be available soon, i must of had over 15 updates and problem still exits, I send the agent a screenshot of the error message, And they then ask me if I still have a problem, Which to me seems like they don't even read my messages, Then they pan me off with its a problem with YouTube, But I have used free downloaders and the work fine, also I have used trial versions of paid downloaders and every one works great, I have Asked for a refund as this programme is not fit for purpose, But all they tell me is the next update will fix the problem, but it never does , So after 8/9 Months they have been no help whatsoever. So avoid this rubbish if you can there are plenty more downloaders out there that actually work, It seems to me once they have your money then they don't care. After nearly 9 months of no help whatsoever I have uninstalled Streamfab Its been an absolutely diabolical experience, I have paid for and are now using iDownerGo Which works perfectly, I am really disgusted with sreamfabs support Which was really non existent, All i received from support was wait for update which will fix problem, After Update after update after update things are just as they were 9 months ago. Well its now 10 Months And absolutely nothing is being done, " Your feedback is very important to us, and I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of effective resolution and for not meeting your expectations in both our product and customer service. Please know that we take your concerns seriously. I understand your disappointment with the update cycle and the responses you've received. This isn't the level of support we strive to provide." Truly amazing product. Works incredibly well considering the dynamic environment it needs to work in. Problems do happen often, but always because of changes made in the streaming platforms. These problems are handled very quickly.

Works well and worth the money
Downloads for the most part works well. When it doesn't, I usually send in a service request explaining the problem. It usually takes the tech/company a day or two to respond. Most of the time, the problem gets fixed relatively quick - about a few days to a few weeks. And most of the time the problem is fixed with direct coding provided by the company through software updates. Once in a while, the company would provide a work-around type of fixes instead, depending on the type of problem encountered. However, some download problems cannot be fixed as the company can't or don't have the resources to fix the underlying problem, or there are limitations placed by content providers.
All-in-all, this is a good program and works 95% (+/-) of the time.

The ability to download streaming shows…
The ability to download streaming shows and watch them later is so convenient. I have limited Internet and so streaming shows often get slow, jaggy or messed up. However downloaded shows run great on my pc. It's wonderful.

It is not good in terms of subtitles…
It is not good in terms of subtitles (hitpaw is better since it downloads the subtitles as they are seen in the video and in ASS format) The positive thing about streamfab is that it has more pages from which you can download videos but when it comes to subtitles it is not very good it only allows you to download the subtitles in SRT format which eliminates all the formulas such as the color of the letters the position (if it goes above or in the corner) so much so that some subtitles do not appear since if 2 people speak at the same time the 2 dialogues will be placed at the bottom, they should add the ASS format. So that it comes out as seen in the app since it is supposed to be a more complete software (I contacted support and they only responded thanks for your comment) what a waste of time having contacted me

As for the ASS format subtitles, if the original subtitle format on the streaming services is, then StreamFab can download the subtitles in ASS format as well.
