Despite providing a clear brief (certain job titles etc), the initial list provided had many bouncebacks (we were flagged by Mailchimp for the bounce back rate) and irrelevant contacts . We asked for a clean-up and revised list and it's been a month without replies or explanations, except that they reinitiated the project. They insisted on a full prepayment which in hindsight explains why. Probably clients would decline full payment once they'd see the quality of so called contacts. Would not recommend this company

This is my second purchase from them. The first list was accurate and highly responsive, so I bought another one. The quality is good again, and their customer service is very cooperative.

Terrible experience, they are very pushy, they promised a list of psychologists. After payments I had to chase them for delivery and they sent me a list that contained useless information with no psychologist included. Do not use them, they are scammers

Our F&B list had over 85% accuracy and the team offered us 10% extra contacts to compensate them. Good work guys.

A scam. After getting 2000 sample contacts with all verified emails, I prepaid 50% for 5,000 contacts and just got 5,000 junk contacts. All contacts were of different company sizes and had many wrong industry contacts in them.

A total scam. I purchased 2000 contacts with clear target criteria. The samples which were sent to me first were promising but the final data I received were absolutely rubbish. It was clear that the contacts were selected randomly throughout my industry. I could not use any of them. After complaining and demanding suitable data, Mohan (founder and apparently only contact person) promised several times to send an updated list, but in the end nothing was sent. I’m very dissatisfied with this company; Streamline and V3 Data Intelligence do not deserve even a 1 star.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Asked for a very specific list and outlined all my parameters. What I was sent was the absolute opposite. Very pushy when I had the invoice now toyally ghosting me. COMPLETE SCAMMERS. Wish I resd these reviews before using them.

The quality of the data I purchased is very poor; less than 2% is usable. I am deeply dissatisfied with V3 Data Intelligence (streamlineits) and its management team's business practices.

Absolutely disappointed with this service! They were extremely pushy and aggressive before we paid, making all these promises. Once we paid, they assured us the list would be delivered within 24 hours, yet here we are, more than 2 days later, and still nothing. They claimed another colleague sent it, but that’s a complete lie—nothing was ever received. Now they’re saying the management team isn’t responding. Just full of excuses and no accountability! This has been a terrible experience and they are completely untrustworthy!

I’m extremely satisfied with this Physician database. Their customer support is outstanding, and they’ve been incredibly professional throughout. Highly recommend their services!

As soon as I posted the original review on Jan 21, the company posted a reply and said they'll contact me asap to find a solution. Of course they didn't contact me. Stay away from these scammers.

I wish I read the reviews here before I paid these guys...Don't do my mistake: stay away from them.

Their operation is a scam. They cold-contacted us to help generate leads and were very reactive during the selling phase. When we handed over the money they delivered a list that had nothing to do with what was agreed, and then they disappeared. Our requests for a refund of course went without any reply.

Bhuvanesh was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Their healthcare data is very unique. Delivery rate was around 92%. Happy to work with them.

Working with Streamline is always a great experience. I've had a better results on accuracy than their promise. I'd recommend Streamline for any B2B data needs.

Extremely Disappointed – False Promises and Unreliable Data. We would have rated 0 stars if possible.
We are extremely disappointed with the service provided. The lists of contacts we requested and paid for do not meet the promises made. For example, the list of Italian veterinary neurologists we received does not include any of the 250 members of SINVET, the Italian Society of Veterinary Neurology, which is completely unacceptable. We asked for vets' contacts, but we received contacts for human doctors instead.
This level of inaccuracy and misrepresentation feels deceptive. Initially, communication from Bhuvanesh was prompt and persistent when it came to closing the deal (more than one email a day, and they even offered us a discount when we hesitated to respond), but after raising these issues, the silence has been deafening.
We are still waiting for them to provide the correct lists they promised. When we requested a refund, they disappeared.
We will take legal action because we have been scammed.

For us, this company is completely unreliable, and we strongly advise against using their services. If you are considering purchasing their lists, we strongly recommend that you don't.

Useless data. Less than 1% of the contacts they sent us were in the category we asked for. No response when I complained.

Also: quick to respond during sales, much slower once they had our money.

Response to response: we asked for a specific industry. This is clear in our email thread. In your marketing email you showed us contacts in this industry but in the deliverable less than 1% were in it. Totally useless.
