Great service with genuinely responsive support
I've been using Streamloop for a few weeks now to run a 24/7 ASMR rerun channel, and the experience has been excellent overall. The UI is clean and intuitive, and being able to import VODs directly from my YouTube archive (with timestamp support!) has made setting up my loop so much easier than other 24/7 services I looked at.
I ran into a handful of hiccups along the way — a couple of encoding delays and a subscription/billing mix-up — but what really stood out was how quickly and transparently the team (shoutout to Andrew) addressed each issue. They explained what went wrong, fixed it fast, and even proactively refunded some encoding overcharges without me having to ask. They were also genuinely flexible working with me on pricing for my playlist storage needs.
It's clear they're iterating fast and rolling out new features (smart playlist ordering, GPU-based encoding, faster imports), so the occasional rough edge is understandable — especially when support is this responsive about fixing it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a 24/7 streaming solution without needing OBS or a dedicated PC running.
