I like that you are upgrading…
I like that you are upgrading constantly . Thank you. I would like to see an upgrading in the prompter that only the ser can see the text and not everyone in the room. Also I learned that if I put some text in the promter and another guest in the room add a text it will delete mine. That wil be a catastrophy for us if that is the case. We did not try it out beacuse I cannot take that chance of loosing my text.

Repeating the audio problem "as you must fix tihs" to some guidance on HOW TO FIX THIS. Deadend after deadend. And your "customer support" as a trouble ticket which takes days to respond it why I am CANCELLING. JUST GET A DAMN LIVE CHAT. You hae a good--- but complex-- product and you can't even answer simple DEADENDING questions. Bad form.

Stop bogging down everything
Every time you add features it bogs everyting else down. When I share screen a video it is choppy and lagging. And it makes it so the webcams don;t syc up with the sound in the recording.
