The service is 5 stars they really do help you through all the process, I had a return order and they kept me updated and walked me through everything on how to return my order and how long it would take etc. My experience with streetwise official 5 stars

I was hesitant at first so I reached out to their support first before placing an order. This company is in the US, their address is in California. They are not from China like others claim. They also have high quality products. I lessen my expectations but their products exceeded my standards and I'm truly happy with the products that I received.

I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

I can only repeat what other reviewers put in here. No order number, goods arrived after nearly 3 weeks, quality is absolutely shocking, nearly comical it is so bad. Now have enquired how to return, not holding my breath. DO NEVER BUY FROM THIS SIDE!!!

Ordered a hoddie, over priced for the quality. Just cheap rubbish. That was not even the issue.
The item they sent was completely different to the item I ordered, and what matched the photos.

When emailed to return item, I was offered 50% of my money back. Em why would I want to pay half price for i item I never ordered?

Then I was told I had to pay postage because of there error in sending the wrong item. Which I was shocked because they state on their website they had fast easy returns.

Nothing fast or easy about it, I have been emailing back and forth for over a week trying to return this item which was the wrong item sent.

All I have been offered is 50% cash back for an item i didn’t want or order.

I am explained I want a full refund with postage included as it’s not what I order or what was advertised on there website.

Again they offered me 50% refund. Again I came back with it’s the wrong item sent.

I am not sure why they cannot understand this has been an error on this company part.
They are slow in getting back with emails.
And they never answer what you asked eg how to return.

I would avoid this company at all costs, product as cheap shit, very poor quality for the prices asked.

Sadly no emails received after order placed so no order number etc. Mens puffer jacket eventually did arrive after approx 16-17 days. Quality not as expected and coat didn’t fit. Still no order no’ etc.
Emailed what I thought would be customer services to ask for help in returning the garment and got an unhelpful reply leaving me no better informed. Have emailed at least 3 times to try and return item but get the same standard email back which is unhelpful and still no order no’. Believe the emails are AI generated.
Coat still not returned and will never use this company again.

Cant give them zero!!! I ordered a Large body warmer, it arrived labelled up as Large. Would not fit a 4 year old. Absolute joke. The kicker here is the Post Office will not send parcels to the Chinese Return address so cannot get a refund. I would take any positive reviews on here with a pinch of salt I suspect they are paid.

I see a lot of crybabies in review section. People who leave one star review and haven't gotten their order yet is wild and shouldn't really be a thing. I can understand if you just never got it. But if you still waiting, you can't honestly review a product not in your hand. IT TAKES ABOUT 2, MAYBE 3 weeks to get your order. Is that really an issue? I been shopping with streetwear, and Hasta Muerte for almost 3 years. Yeah they might have shirts on there that have been on site for a while. But just don't buy it 👀. And for all the times I've ordered from them, I've never had any problems. If something is out of stock, or I need a refund, they are super attentive. And also I love the products. I have about 15 streetwear, and maybe 25 hasta muerte shirts. Oh, and if you order from the site and don't use a promo code you outta there. Get yo sh** together 😅 thanks Streetwear!!! 🤟✊✌️😉

Son paid £51 for a tracksuit with came wrong colour. He asked to return and had an email saying they had to find out return address give them 2 days. Over 3 weeks later no email back despite chasing and chasing and then getting blocked! Opened dispute with bank now.
Real dodgy shouldn’t be trading!

Placed an order for two shirts and it's been 3 weeks and still haven't received 1 shirt.
I have sent emails through their website to see where my order is and when it's shipping and get nothing but AI generated responses to the email.
I have called them and was able to speak to someone regarding the order and never heard back from them. They don't always answer their phone!!!
I was dumbfounded to learn that the shirts are made when the order is placed.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!

Everything about the store is terrible. Overpriced clothing and accessories, really old clothes and hats, seen them since 2022, and I’ve met the boss, a real nutcase, has 0 social skills and is hard to talk.

Overall on the store, it’s not worth shopping or working there. Don’t come here guys.

This has to be by far one of the worst companies that I’ve ever dealt with in my whole entire existence. Not only does their customer service suck, but the quality of their merchandise is even worse. I’ve gotten the same shirt that were completely different tones when they should have been the same. in two different tones because they did not get the color, right. The sizes are absolutely terrible and extremely inconsistent. I got four different shirts all medium and all fit different. The collars of the shirt ruffle up very easy as well. I do not have one good thing to say about their merchandise their store or their customer service. when I was trying to resolve this matter, I’ve been hung up on, over a dozen times. No one cared. There is absolutely zero customer service. I had to replace my whole order. They wouldn’t to give me a refund. They ended up holding my order for almost a year before I got a credit so I could replace. I really wanted a refund but they refused
