Pressure Washer

Bought my pressure washer through studio, had it in the box a couple of months before the sun started shining for me to be able to use it. Within 30 minutes the tube split causing the pressure to drop and water to go everywhere. Amanda responded to my email and very quickly arranged a replacement. No further issues since, great company!

I had an amazing experience wit amanda

I had an amazing experience with amanda, Im not very techy but needed a tracker for my vehicle. I was very confused during the process so I emailed the support email. Within 30 minutes Amanda called me and walked me through the issue, i now can use the tracker (but need to charge it) thank you, Amanda

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. A part broke (my fault) and they replaced it straight away - replacement arrived the next day! Super quick service. Amanda who I spoke to was excellent. Highly recommend.

Clutch & Brake Bleeder Kit - Rubbish - Failed on first use

Bought this a few months ago for a job on my corsa - when I got round to doing it the main bottle cap came off and the thread was stripped so couldn't be tightened. Messy to say the least. Note that this was not due to excess pressure in the tyre,misuse, or not following instruction - just a cr*p product - dont buy!

That definitely isn’t the standard we aim for, and we understand how disappointing it is when a component fails in use. If the bottle cap thread has stripped as you’ve described, that would normally be something we’d look at replacing or investigating further.

Even though the purchase was made a few months ago, we’d still encourage you to contact our customer support team with your order details and a description (or photos, if possible) of the fault. We can then assess it properly and arrange a replacement or further assistance if appropriate.

Very helpful customer service

I bought a Streetwize GPS tracker for use in my car. Being far from tech savvy, I was struggling to understand how to get the device up and running. I contacted customer support for help and a lovely lady called Amanda from the Wythenshawe site took me through the registration and activation processes. The tracker now seems to be working perfectly. Brilliant customer service. Thank you.

Roof bars useless keys not working no sign of a replacement

Bought roof bars from Machine Mart in January and went to put them on my car two weeks ago. 4 keys for the locks. One lock will not open. Contacted Machine Mart who assured me they would contact Streetwize and a courier would take the bars away and a replacement set would be with me. Two weeks later nothing. I have a set of unusable roof bars still all boxed and packaged. Thanks for nothing Streetwize.

As this purchase was made through Machine Mart, the order and initial support request will need to be handled by them directly, as they manage the sales and returns process for products sold in their stores and online.

That said, we’re very happy to help resolve the issue once we’re contacted by them. If Machine Mart gets in touch with us, we will gladly arrange a replacement set for you without delay.

We’d recommend following up with Machine Mart so they can progress the exchange and liaise with us directly. Once we hear from them, we’ll make sure this is taken care of as quickly as possible.

Streetwize GPS Tracker - Great Customer Support

I have a Streetwize GPS Tracker for our Campervan. Had a problem connecting after a few years of use due to my SIM card provider changing my account access. Got the SIM card sorted but lost access to the Streetwize App. Contacted Customer support and within 12 hours and a couple of email exchanges everything back up and running.

Very good tracker!

This is the second water feature I have…

This is the second water feature I have bought from them and I am very happy with them ,I had a bit of an issue with the last one but they were quick to offer a returns label,but it was something I sorted easily even though the offered 3 times to collect it,mainly in case there wasn’t another in stock

Solar Willow Tree

Bought a Solar Willow Tree through Argos from Streetwize, when I didn't receive the item Argos didn't want to know, so I contacted Streetwize direct by email for help. I received a reply within hours, they explained the delay, and sorted my order straight away. So very helpful and caring, we are very pleased with our Tree.
If I need anything like this again I will contact Streetwize direct, knowing I can trust them with my order.
Would recommend .

Not happy with lack of instructions on seat covers

I have bought Streetwize Active Seat Covers for a KIA Stonic 2024 -instructions for installation are NOT in detail and not easy to work out what to do. There are 2 tapes in a triangular shape with a plastic ring at the end-what are these for! Zero instructions of where the velcro tapes on the rest of the tapes should be paired with. Super disappointed and will probably return tomorrow after spending 2 hours trying to install. Elizabeth from Adelaide

Amanda is ace!

I was given as a present a solar powered water feature from Streetwize and when I received it I noticed there was a small hair line crack under the bottom bowl which meant the water wouldn't hold. The rest of the product was absolutely stunning and perfect for my garden.

I messaged Streetwize and Amanda was absolutely excellent. She provided perfect customer service responding immediately and organising a replacement that arrived less than 24 hours later. She then kindly checked in and reassured me she was around if there would be any other problems. She is a true asset to your company.

8amp Heavy Duty charger

We bought the 8amp Heavy Duty charger to keep our touring caravan leisure battery topped up.
I thought I'd broken it, but after an exchange of emails and a fuse change its working again.
Im so, so pleased with Streetwise and highly recommended them

Having bought a dehumidifier via BnQ…

Having bought a dehumidifier via BnQ marketplace, I'm happy to say that the product is fantastic.

I'd go far as to say their support team (shout out Amy) were even better. The delivery was made via DPD - the driver was dreadful and failed to deliver twice, must have been a Christmas temp driver but the Streetwize team were wonderful. Can't say the same for either DPD or BnQ support, both of which for some reason wanted to argue, wonderful job guys, thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service
