Brak zwrotu środków
Zakupiłem w sklepie internetowym towar dnia 01.04.2021r. Okazało się, że sprzedawca będzie go miał dopiero za dwa tygodnie. Nie chcąc czekać tak długo, zrezygnowałem z zakupu. Sprzedawca telefonicznie poprosił o dane do zwrotu środków. Przesłałem dane zarówno mailem, jak i SMS'em. Przez tydzień nie było reakcji. Po kolejnej rozmowie telefonicznej sprawa miała być załatwiona na następny dzień roboczy - od tego czasu upłynął kolejny tydzień - do dnia dzisiejszego brak zwrotu środków (402,10zł). Nie polecam.
