Made my screen at the wrong size and didn't provide a refund. Delivery time took nearly 6 weeks from official order date. When screen arrived it was wrong. Have been on the phone multiple times to try and get a refund but the company are refusing. Do not use this company.

I'm surprised at the other reviews! I am absolutely delighted with my products. I bought 2 made-to-measure bug screens with the special midge mesh.
I bugged the girl in Customer Service for several weeks with questions before finally placing the order.
It did take several days to get replies to emails and once I placed my order, was about 2 weeks before they arrived.
When I get up in the morning and see the literally hundreds of little midges dancing between my slightly open window and the screen instead of dancing around my rooms, I'm overjoyed. I take the screen off (I have magnetic strip all round), brush the midges off with a duster, and put back.
As they are darker than the regular mesh (I live right by a riverside, midge mesh was essential) they also helped keep my rooms cooler during the recent hot weather!

I ordered a fly screen with Streme
I ordered a fly screen with Streme. It took around 24 days for them to deliver my order, which is too long given the age we live in.
The measurements of the fly screen were wrong. I asked for 930mm width of the screen and the arrived product was 934mm - I solved this with a handsaw in the end, but it just meant less than pleasant experience considering the price and I had to spend an additional 20 minutes of my life.
Some of the screws supplied with the product are v cheap and bad quality, so I had to use my own.
The instruction was not super clear, but it wasn't an issue because I'm not too bad with DIY.
The fly screen itself looks good and does the job so far, which is why I rate this at 3 stars (otherwise it would have been 1 star).
