Ordered something and cancelled immediately and despite numerous messages they still sent the item and advised me that I would only pay £3.95 for the return. It cost me £9.44 for the return as they claimed that the original postage would not be refunded as well as paying for the return which was not stated. I sent several emails questioning this which they ignored so went through my credit card and they finally responded. So I paid £9.44 for something I didn’t even want and cancelled and due to their incompetence sent anyway and had the hassle of sending back. Poor customer service. Ironic name for a company caused me a lot of stress.

Ordered some shorts from my elderly mother, they don't stay up and wanted to return. I have attempted to email a few times, not one response from the customer service/sales team. Appalling service. Is it a scam?

I have been shopping at stress no more for years and I love there moisturiser and I can always find what ever I am looking for.It has a great quick delivery service.

The machine is very good for stimulating my husbands lower arm muscles after his stroke. He is using it every day after guidance from the hospital rehab team. It is easy to place correctly and use.

I have just placed an order and the company has taken my money but I have received no confirmation. I have tried twice to contact the company but without success. This is not good

I would not recommend this company. Ordered a bottle of natual healing oil, it came with only a few month left bofore the best before date. No response from the customer serice after contacting them. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

I am so glad I discovered the cat deodrizer at Stress no more I have tried numerous and they ust don't work this one is the only one I have found that works I have now taken out a subscription for every month which is great for me I don't t have to remember to order one just delivered automatically and works out cheaper if you looking for cat deodrizer try this it's brilliant

Trying very hard to return a parcel with a prepaid label, which is stated orders of £50 quailf. But they will not send me a label to do so. I've explained I'm a diabetic the red lamp was far to hot and made my eyes bad. I need this sorted ASAP. I want and am en titled to a full refund. Send me a label with no more excuses.

Is it a scam? For a custom mouth guard, I sent a mouth guard impression to postal address provided and haven’t heard anything for weeks. No response to emails

We ordered the Professional Strength Stain & Odour Remover. It works brilliantly. A young child inadvertently was sick over our mustard yellow fabric sofa. The cushions were not removable. Despite immediately cleaning most of it off, the stain marks were very visible. A couple of successive careful treatments with the stain remover have totally removed any marks and you cannot tell that the accident happened. Worth every penny.

Honestly, this company is aware of the issues at hand. They don't offer any options for returns or refunds. If you decide to purchase from them, be prepared not to receive your money back if you attempt to return items. Their business approach lacks consideration for customers, who typically come first, but not in their case. I wouldn't endorse buying anything from them.

Never buy from this company, I purchased collagenius hair growth helmet back in November which was meant to be one size fits all. It didn’t fit and I emailed 4 times trying to get a response on how to return the item, they didn’t reply once I wouldn’t buy anything of them very poor customer service now left with a £200 item I have no use for

On numerous occasions, I've tried reaching out to you to arrange the return of a heart and oxygen monitor but have received no reply. There isn't even a contact number for customer service; it's best to steer clear.
