I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is no number to call and they do not respond to my emails. Terrible customer service. Been trying for months to resolve issue with standup reusable bags - hole in 2 of them after couple of times using.
I don't trust the company at all. 1st package never arrived- 'lost in Royal Mail system' and I was promised another on 48hr delivery. No tracking number given either. That never arrived, and when I contacted them I got almost the same message as before promising me another delivery.. so twice in a row they have blamed Royal mail and now they do not reply. to my demand for a refund.
Contacted company as lids are awful and not fit for purpose. Emailed company to ask for a refund and no response. Contacted through their Facebook site and was told no refund. Absolute waste of money
Terrible, don’t work, total waste of money. The website states I can I have a refund but now they are saying NO!
Took over a month for my order to arrive, was told that my item would arrive one week, then the next well, then the next.. asked for order to be cancelled as I didn’t want to wait any longer, was told it was already dispatched, then another week later it arrives. Clearly wasn’t dispatched at the time a clear ploy to keep me money and make me wait longer. Avoid!
Bought some stretchy lids from an ad imbedded in IG. After two weeks still no sign of them (claim UK despatch). Auto reply to emails when you try to contact them via their website. Not to be trusted.
