Have visited for years for food and…

Have visited for years for food and shopping for cards and gifts. Really disappointed today as the cinnamon taste was salty. I bought a scone after leaving the toast and told the server. They just said ok. I won’t be going again as I don’t expect to have to buy two items because one tasted awful.

Poor standard of food

I went to the cafe with friends on the 25th of August for breakfast and 3 of us ordered Cinnamon toast.
This was priced at £7.95
After waiting for at least 40 minutes one piece of soggy cheap toast was brought out for each of us with an added insult of a shared banana between us so we had about 4 slices on the top.
I was so shocked I could not say anything.
A waitress did come over and offer a 20% discount on the whole bill as there were several of us. I felt I could not complain but I should have. I would never eat there again. It was not the celebratory breakfast we expected.
