Excellent customer service

After a bad experience with Dancewear365.com (review posted) I contacted strictlyballroomshoes.co.uk by email through their website, with an enquiry about a certain style of shoes - size/fit etc. I received an immediate reply from Jane who gave me the info I needed. I emailed her a couple of times more and each time I got a reply straight away. I ordered the shoes and I was kept informed by email of the order status. They arrived quickly and I also received a complimentary pair of heel protectors. I wish I'd ordered my shoes from them in the first place. I would definitely recommend this company and a big thanks to Jane for all her help.
