Stridesoles 

I have been using Stridesoles insoles regularly and my foot pain has reduced significantly compared to before. It took a while to get the right fit, but now it is easy to use. I have received the necessary support from the service. Overall experience is good.

Super comfortable and they fit perfectly in my boots. My feet don't ache after a long day anymore.

I've tried a few over-the-counter inserts before and wanted something more supportive.
The process was simple and didn't take long.

Delivery wasn't instant but arrived within the timeframe they gave. After about a week of use, they feel comfortable in my everyday shoes. So far they seem like a solid upgrade.

Amazing company! I’ve had mine for a few months now and they are incredible - I had searched for over a year to find orthotics that worked and I’m so happy I found this company. I’ve already ordered a second pair and cannot wait to use them in my dress shoes.

I was skeptical about ordering custom orthotics online, but these have been a game changer for my plantar fasciitis. The app scan thing was easier than I expected - took maybe 10 minutes.

I went with Stridesoles for some custom insoles, and I've been fairly happy with how it turned out. Placing the order was easy, and they made the insoles based on a 3D scan of my feet plus gait analysis to get everything just right for me. The pain in my feet has gone down a good amount, and they are way more comfortable when I am on my feet all day. Overall, I'm pleased with the wholes thing.

Really happy with my experience getting custom orthotics from Stride Soles. I have high arches and usually have a hard time finding anything that actually feels good, but these made a difference pretty fast. Finally got my arches the support they needed
I used to just accept that my flat feet meant soreness after golf or a long run. Tried the usual drugstore insoles over the years but they'd flatten out in a month.
The phone scanning process was easy and the orthotics arrived in about two weeks. Took a few days to get used to them but now I wear them for everything - gym, running, even walking the course on weekends.
My feet just feel more stable. That's the best way I can describe it.

I submitted my gait analysis a month and a half ago and even after reaching out to their customer service for over a month, have received no indication of when I will actually receive the product.

Update: The CEO reached out to me, which I appreciated until the company flagged this review for defamation. I am happy to share the email chain showing all my follow-ups and Stride's lack of response until I made this public review.

I still have not received the product I paid several hundred dollars for on Dec 1, 2025.
