Placed order but no delivery. Phone cut off, no reply to e-mails. Their website is still active. Fortunately my credit card provider gave me a refund. Have reported String busters to Devon Trading Standards

Yep, looks like they have gone down toilet. I feel lucky as I was just about to re-order. Sorry to any who have been ripped off.

Used to use them frequently - spent a lot of money over the years with them.

Took my money delivered nothing. Dispute raised with Paypal.

Yep, order not arrived, no one answers the phone, no replies to emails...AVOID

No orders sent out. No reply to email or phone calls.
Had to file a PayPal claim to get money back.

Clearly gone bust or at least very, very wrong. Order doesn't arrive, still listed as processing, paypal claim ongoing, Facebook page inactive for over 18 months... etc.

Shame as I used to use this site a lot.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your monay but do not supply your order, as all the others say. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They took £49.77 from my account and I am now currently trying to get a full refund through Papal. Crooks!

Ordered strings, didn't arrive. No response to phone or email correspondence. The only part of the company that seems to be working is the part that takes your money!
Paid through Paypal so put in complaint and got my money back. DO NOT order from this company. If you lost money try complaining through Paypal or your credit card etc and you might be able to get your money back.

I ordered strings in April this year and it’s now July and nothing from them. I’ve used them for years with no trouble and now this. I appreciate businesses get into trouble but to take money, not deliver and no means of communication or redress is criminal. They’ve stolen money from me and will do the same to you if you allow it. Beware!!!

I have used Stringbusters for many years and found them to be honest and reliable. Strings were delivered next day. They were helpful with queries.
Now no strings delivered, no replies and, as with others, presume money lost. Something has obviously happened to this company. The website needs to be taken down. I wish I knew how to go about it. Payments are made through WorldPay, perhaps they need to know. If this is deliberate then it is fraud. Don't go near them now.

Have waited for nearly a month for my strings. No telephone reply. No email reply. Money assumed lost.

A very disappointing experience compared to using them in past years.
They use to post immediately. As a business buying one off packets of strings to fit to my customers guitars I require a prompt service. 7 days after the order was received, I still don't have the strings and the customer has been let down. I tried to contact them by phone but nobody picks up. I have use 2 separate emails to contact them and still no answer.
This is the last order that I will give Stringbusters and so will now place orders with Strings Direct.I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering

Absolute sham ordered 2 sets of strings 10 weeks ago and have still not received them or a refund. She crap excuse that order was lost in server. Don't use this company - I have spent hundreds of pounds with this firm but no more.

I sent them an email to enquire about some strings I need prior to placing an order. No reply.

my experience has been the same as many others ; they took my money and confirmed my order but then nothing.They don't answer the 'phone or respond to emails. I wish I'd read the reviews first. As they say "if it looks too good to be true then it probably is".

Criminal really. Don't touch them!!!

Dishonest company. Money taken immediately with no strings delivered. No answers to phone calls, emails, voicemails, nothing. Charlatans and thieves. Luckily I paid via paypal and have raised a case for refund with them to recover my money. Do your shopping elsewhere.
