Cost-effective solution for business

StringeeX is an excellent tool for many types of businesses with the most reasonable price. It will help grow your business without codes.

I love most new contacts and missed calls management features. When we receive a call from a customer, new contact information (ticket) would automatically be created and integrated with the system. It is very convenient and useful for agents to resolve customer's requirements quickly. In case there are missed calls, we can easily set up to send an automatic email to make sure that there would be no customer queries left unattended.

Amazing Contact Center for Startups and SMEs

Support ticket system is very great. StringeeX helps us collect all customer support request from various channel (Hotline, Video Call, Live-chat, social, email) and manage them from one place with omni-channel tickets. Our agents always have a complete view of their customer and support quickly no matter what channel customer chooses to contact us.
Especially, StringeeX is available on website and mobile app (both iOS and Android), agents can use at any time.
