I ordered a Roly poly for my husbands party and was told the day before they did not have one available only a normal sized kissogram. I said I did not want the normal one I asked for a Roly Poly. After the party I asked for my £35 deposit back but was told no they cant guarantee what you asked for. I should have been told this before I paid my deposit. Do not pay your deposit until they confirm they can get what you a booking.

Absolutely rude customer service. No compassion for people what so ever. Cancelled a booking due to my mum having a stroke and the event not going ahead next month. Not only was I shouted at but the lady was swearing. I called the main number and got the same off the man. Utterly disrespectful and hostile and both denied it saying I was a weirdo and scammer! I recorded the call and sent it to their email. Clearly I should of read the reviews

Horrible business and customer service! Don't book!
This was the most horrendous phone call I ever experienced. I asked for a quote for a life drawing. I spoke to both women and man on the phone and they just had a rant at me, talked over and were super rude. Don't understand how can you be so horrible to people when you have a business to run. Definitely not going to use this company! This was an experience just to get a quote, I can only imagine if we went to buy the services. Never!

Nobody turned up after booking and didn’t have any communication to say no one was coming. When we phoned we got a mouthful of someone VERY rude who hung up the phone with no explanation at all. Disgusting.

I booked a stripper for my sisters hen do. I booked mr big & the complete opposite turned up. No communication from the company to tell us the stripper we had booked was unavailable. The stripper was meant to stay for 25-30 minutes, however the stripper didn’t even stay for any more than 5 minutes. He had Lonsdale underwear on which was bad enough, but also had a tiny dinky. I complained to the company who wouldn’t do anything to resolve the issue. The company is a load of swamp donkeys and I won’t be booking again.

Extremely dangerous service!

A completely different person arrived to who was booked (the company say this is normal)

He got very physical without consent. He was grabbing the poor girl who had no idea what was happening.
He was aggressive and dangerous.

Since when do they grab & make you touch their genitals without consent?

Everyone was horrified & in shock!!! He then tried to overcharge...
Horrific, traumatising experience for all.

This business should be closed down I heard how they spoke to my wife and the abuse she was subjected to was unbelievable
No explanation of why she could not get the roly poly which she paid the deposit for instead a phone call off an alternative explaining that a stripper would be turning up at the party which was inappropriate for the people who were there.
Both Male and female shouting on the phone and threatening to block her number if she was to phone again.
No refund of deposit as they did not provide service that was asked for seems to me they scamming people to pay deposit and fobing them off with something else

Absolutely disgusting company to deal wth.
When I phoned to book a Roly Poly I was told there were 2in my area that would be available. I paid my £35 deposit months in advance to be told few hours before my party by an alternative person who was now a stripper which I did not want in the first place that neither the 2 roly poly were available and I would have had 2 have had her of which wasnt appropriate for my party.
So I then phoned the woman I originally booked wth to be rudely spoken n shouted at by n hanging up before I had chance to say anything I wanted too.
My party went ahead wth no roly poly n no deposit bck.
I phoned next day to be further shouted at and nothing but abuse before hanging up on me . So I rang again for a man this time to answer. Saying racist comments to me about woman he provided. Telling me he offered an alternative of a stripper n not a roly poly so blaming me cos he couldn't provide me wth wat I originally ordered n paid my deposit for.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the both staff. Should never be running this business.
I still want my deposit out of principal how do I go about it ?

If I could leave this business a 0 stars I would! The person that wrote the good review on this thread it probably themselves. As you can’t write them a bad review anywhere than trust pilot as there feedback on their website is chosen by them. I paid a £40 deposit to be then told the lady had phoned in sick. I rang the agency to see if they had alternative to be spoken to so rudely be a lady who was swearing at me repeating the “F” word over and over, my tone of voice was calm at this point she then dis connected the phone call mid shouting at me. The next day I rang up for my deposit back, as a business they still have a formal contract to provide a service that they did not provide so as a consumer I am more than entitled for my money back. I rang up by the guy this time to also be spoken rudely who then told me if I was to take it to small claims that he would stand in court under oath and blatantly lie that I would not pay the stripper as she was black. (Actual quote) I wanted the £40 back matter of principle more than anything else this business needs taking down. It is 2019 and for BUSINESS OWNERS to use racial comments like that is disgusting, to then read these reviews and find out homophobia was also previously used by him I am disgusted. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Hope you can buy some class with that £40, you rude arrogant people. They obviously need the £40 more than I do to have their business tarnished the way it is for sake of not paying up😂

I have honestly never experienced such service in my whole life! I have even looked into where I can go to report the service I received to a higher level. Although an adult service, this agency still represents providing a service for money. The basic principles of business. The website provides photos of strippers and you make a choice, you should in theory be provided with your choice or be advised otherwise. I gave a pretty broad selection of the strippers we would like, and I was advised at least one of them would be available. At point of booking I also explained the dynamics of the booking a group of 5 girls and one guy. When I called before the even I was told we are waitinf for Fabio to confirm. I again called on the day of the event as we had heard nothing, and I was told the name of stripper we had booked. There was no pictures of the stripper on the website, so when we called to ask if we could perhaps see a pictire of Bobbie we were told "we dont generally send pictures of him, because people dont like him" (Very inspiring) I was then asked " why am i being so fussy? is it a gay party" (in a very aggressive tone)I explained it wasnt but there will be one guy there. I was asked " is that you? and if I was gay?. I was then told, "all the strippers are straight and they dont like performing for gays, as were very aggressive and the strippers have been injured and abused when they go perform at gay places"So we were lucky they found a guy that was "ok" to perform in front of a gay, so we should just shutup and not be so fussy. Hes ok to perform but hes not going to join your gene pool (yes actual word in 2019). Need less to say we cancelled, but we lost our £35 deposit and all I received was a nice bit of abuse certainly coming from a bitter place of dislike. Like i am on a recruiting mission for my cult! Take what you want from the reviews for their service, but honestly, if you would like to provide money to a business that is represented by people that think its ok to talk to people like that, then that is upto you, because in my opinion, if this agency doesn't go out of business for shoddy service, it should be shut down for homophobic hate. FYI it was a guy that told me all this and he sounded like some west country farmer accent. An absolute troll!
If anyone has any advice on how I can report them to a higher authority to try and retrieve my £35 out of principle I would be very appreciative. Im thinking ill try my luck in the small claims court.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews because they are absolutely FALSE. Fabio was incredible and such a nice down to earth guy, gave our birthday girl an absolute treat and entertained a rather rowdy crowd. Body to die for and a really impressive show, well played guys!

As a side note- the updates from the agency were really helpful and allowed the night to run smoothly

I called this company to book me in with less than 6 hours notice. I just cannot believe the amazing service we had. Our stripper was professional to the letter and wow looked fantastic! He was accommodating and worked with the managers of our venue to get everything perfect and keep the surprise and at such short notice too! The staff were great at informing me how it worked as a first time buyer and I was kept up to date by text message at every stage. It was just a fantastic evening and can’t thank them enough. Wow wow wow. I can’t wait for it to be my birthday.

My cousins booked this surprise for my 30th. Fabio arrived and this beautiful man not only put on a great show for me and the rest of the room. He was great at dealing with my nerves and helped me relax into really enjoying it! Deffinatly recomend and will be booking again

Don't bother picking a stripper off the photos they don't exist.... luckily I did get a nice bloke ,but the woman you deal with is an absolute cow ....would never use that company again

I pre.ordered a stripper on line (never done before) for a birthday party with about 22 women who were all very excited. I called several times and emailed for confirmation to ensure they would show. On the day, I called again to confirm the time and venue and was assured they would be there. They were to call me once at the venue at 8:30. At 7:54 that night I received a text to say they weren't coming. So disappointed. Terrible customer service, left me no time to sort an alternative.
