Rude delivery staff

Rude delivery staff. I thought my delivery was coming via a company called Arrow XL however, STR delivered instead. The order was late, I received no confirmation when the order was being delivered. When I spoke to the two delivery men, they were rude, uninterested and unfriendly. I complained about lack of information from their office staff to which one replied. "Arrow are nothing to do with us, we are fed up with people complaining, so why don't you shut up you're barking up the wrong tree".
