STROMA is a scam company,Not Recommended!!

keeps telling lies.
They conspire to defraud you of your money. They say everything is okay before you sign the contract. After you pay, they refuse with various reasons. When you feel that you have been cheated and want to get your money back, I'm sorry, the robber company will not return the money.

We Used Stroma BC (Jhai) on a recent extension project that involved additional alterations to the property that had previously been worked on.
Our allocated surveyor
(Kane Crooks) was always available to talk to and help with advice during the build process ,always being able to contact directly and returning calls promptly . Helped us achieve BC approval by providing clear advice on what would be needed at each stage prior to visits.
We felt supported and genuinely like they are here to help and get the job over the line....

Will be using again on future projects.

All in Very positive, Professional experience. Would recommend without hesitation for anyone in need of these services.

This company is very unprofessional, just terrible customer service. Took my money but have failed to provide building completion certificate a year after project completed. I get regular email requesting updates on projects after informing them on phone and email the the works have completed. Inspector promised to issue certificate but failed to turn on day of appointment. The worst company I’ve ever transacted business with.

The company have been very supportive overall with exceptional service from Jonathan Lee who was very patient with me while explaining the whole process and the tie ups at the end for the final building control certificate. I have no hesitation in recommending - Thank you so much Jonathan and Stroma!

Stroma has been consistently slow to respond throughout my build, and this has delayed progress. Their inspections are fine once they take place, but the allocated inspector is difficult to get hold of and doesn't respond to messages, texts, phone calls. Wouldn't recommend

Stoma have been carrying out the building regs inspections on our barn conversion. As it was a true self build it took nearly 10 years to complete. I've been amazed by the support, good advice and correction that Stoma have given. Compared with previous experience with a council building regs team I'd say go with Stoma every time.

Very helpful in a situation that no one could have predicted - they helped get the project over the line in a pragmatic way.

Always 5 Star service with the team always used JHAI and now its Stroma i am still impressed, Amy and her team always are easy to talk to and she is my go to at Stroma as she organises everything,

I still gave a 5 but one thing they need to sort and sort quickly is the length it takes to get a Finishing Certificate issued ( way too long)

Very slow service from start to finish (except the taking your money part)...i am still waiting for the completion certificate
Cannot recommend to anyone and will refuse my builder to use them!!
