I recently made multiple online orders from Strong Liftwear, but I encountered some issues with their sizing and customer service. It was difficult to determine the correct size since there was no option to try on the clothes beforehand. I initially purchased medium-sized t-shirts that fit well, so I decided to buy some singlets to match. However, when the medium-sized singlet arrived, it had a different fit compared to the t-shirts, and I realized I needed a large size.
I contacted Strong Liftwear via email to initiate a return, but their response time was quite slow. After sending a couple of follow-up emails, I received a reply from Mira on November 14th, asking for my replacement size. However, I had already ordered and paid for the replacement on November 25th because I wanted to receive it sooner rather than waiting for them to receive the medium-sized item and then ship out the large size. Despite this, I received another email from Mira on December 11th, asking for the replacement size again, even though I had already informed them that I had already ordered and received it.
At this point, I simply want a refund. However, the refund process with Strong Liftwear is slow and cumbersome compared to other companies that offer instant refunds. I suggest that Strong Liftwear either make their clothes available in retail shops so that customers can try on different sizes, or make the refund process easier and more efficient. While I had no issues with the quality of the goods, the poor customer service experience may make me reconsider future purchases from Strong Liftwear. I intend to share my experience with others who may be considering returning items if they don't fit.
