These don’t feel like orthotics. They feel better. I literally threw out my orthotics as they were useless. Bought these and followed the directions and after a week my feet showed more improvement than wearing my orthotics for a portion of the price for months.

After years of pain and thousands of wasted dollars on crap insoles that promised the world and offered nothing, I saw an ad for Stryda. I was sceptical at first and thought yeah just another so called promise, so thought well what the hell I’ll try them anyway. Well wasn’t I wrong, these have saved me in so many ways. No pain and I can work a whole day in my work boots without feeling like my feet are about to explode. I have just ordered a second pair for my other shoes.

I bought these Stryda insoles nearly a year into Plantar Faciitis as a last resort and am happy to say they have been a turning point in my feet recovering. It didnt happen in a week or even two weeks but I'm about two months in now and have had a week without the morning agony which is just a huge relief. I'm going to keep up with the strengthening exercises recommended by Stryda and I think I'll be all good again. If your in the fence with these things just do it! You won't be sorry.

This product actually works!! Finally soles are properly made for your feet. Since using these soles, i no longer have any foot pains or any soreness being on my feet. Been using these for the pass 3 plus years and never miss a beat. Couldn’t highly recommended enough!

I have had custom orthotics for many years. Whilst they were great, they were so expensive. I wanted to try something different. I now have 8 pairs of stryda insoles and a pair of Stryda shoes. They are magic. No more foot pain and my hips and knees are also feeling better. I cannot recommend these more. Service has been great as I ordered a size wrong for my shoes and they swapped immediately. I cannot wait to see the shoe range increase. I will definitely buy more.

First 15mins was hard, even though l could tell they would fix my issues because of the support I felt. I followed the instructions for 1 hour first time and while I was glad to sit and take them off, that same afternoon I tried again. Each time my feet are improving. I’m day 5 now and think I’m almost able to wear them all day very soon. Amazing! And yes, my morning sore arches that hurt to hobble unless i walked on the outside of my foot, are so much better already. So glad I purchased them, thanks!

These orthotics are very hard and hurt my feet. I tried to slowly wear them in but they just hurt too much to wear. I have been wearing orthotics for ovr 10 years and tried a few different types but these are the most painful I have tried.

I have waited 9 days with no response from customer service. No one responds to Chat. There is no customer service phone number listed. There is a detailed explanation of how you will charge me for a return but there is no address listed for me to return the insoles. I am beyond frustrated with the complete lack of any customer service.

I ordered these for an additional pair of shoes as I was sick of swapping my podiatrist orthotics to different shoes. When I received them I thought they were quite rigid and would be uncomfortable. Surprisingly, they fit my foot like a glove and were comfortable to walk in.

I use these for work, where I do a lot of walking. They are brilliant. Have helped my sore feet immensely.

I held off giving a review until I had used them for a few weeks. The first 2 weeks were difficult, tho now after my feet have gotten used to them, I long to put on my work boots. I’ve since purchased two more for my everyday shoes and am so grateful for these insoles. Thanks stryda

I can’t actually get my feet in my trainers as these insoles push my socks back and feel very uncomfortable.

You have asked me for more details. Basically because the insoles are quite grippy my socks stick to them and push back squeezing my toes if that makes sense.

Found my feet adapted quickly to the insoles- no blisters, though some rubbing of heels against shoes as feet a little more elevated due to the thickness and shape of the insoles. They work okay in some of my footwear, but not others as they take up room in the shoes. The insoles are quite firm which takes a little getting use to, but I have tolerated lengthy walks with relative ease (I haven’t trialled runs as yet). I would like to see a 3/4 version (if this was feasible) for those of us with wide feet who need a wider toe box

Fast delivery. Australian product. Feet are very happy. Cost is awesome compared to my orthotics ($400 for one pair and visit). Love them. Wore them from 8am to 8pm working in a standing position for a good 9 hrs.

2 weeks of wearing my Stryda inner soles and my feet are much happier. The pain in my left foot has diminished dramatically. I definitely recommend anyone with foot pain to try them.
