Customer Service could be better

Customer Service could be better. When I first got my Stryde I was super excited to try the platform. I downloaded the app on my phone and started my trial while we put the bike together. When I tried to login to the SAME platform it didn’t work. I reached out to customer service and I was told the platform isn’t integrated to work on both phone and the bike. It’s unfortunate that there was nothing that could be done and also frustrating that this wasn’t explicitly written in the directions for how to get started. Not only did I not get to experience the bike in a proper way, wasted my free trial, but customer service had no resolution for me. Because of that I have elected not to purchase the app and use my own platforms indefinitely.

Stryde bike purchase

I am really happy with my purchase of the stryde bike! The open ipad freedom is the best part about this purchase. Also not having to commit to monthly membership is another unique thing about the stryde bike! The only negative is that the speakers aren't the greatest quality and the ipad lags sometimes. Other than that, I love it!

Bike and Classes Great, shipping time and customer service not so great

The bike is great, ride is smooth, & classes are fantastic. Shipping took longer than expected. The box was damaged and so was the bike. Customer service was not the easiest to get ahold of, there was no number to call on the website only an email. Once customer service was contacted about damage it didn’t take long for them to ship new pieces (free of charge) but they did not refund any part of it or do anything for all the trouble. I understand it’s out of Strydes hands once it’s being shipped but they need to be making sure the shipping companies are taking care of their products. Also at least offer something for the extra long shipping time. ( longer than what was listed on the website), and the damaged product.

Horrible..

Horrible... Start to finish. Can't download the Peleton App on it. I'm too short to ride it and didn't realize there was a restocking fee so I'm stuck with it.

Great concept, needs minor tweaks.

I absolutely love my bike and the concept BUT it does need some minor tweaks. My wifi disconnects often, when I ride my bike and I turn the resistance knob it doesn't pick up on it. To other people they may be just minor inconveniences but to me they are big things given that the bike was not cheap.

Love it

I got my bike May 2022, I love it, very user friendly. I had a few problems setting up the bike, I sent an email and promptly got a response. I couldn't be more happier

Stryde Needs to Pick Up Their Game…

With the number of choices there are in purchasing spin bikes, Stryde is definitely in the Top 5. People do all kinds of research and it’s not until you get a bike and can use it until you realize a few things don’t work out. In the case of Stryde, you can’t move the handlebars forward or backward which makes specifically fitting it for you hard to do. I had to have a special machined part made to fix the handlebar height so my knees wouldn’t hit the bar during standing pedaling. A hassle but it worked out through a third party vendor. These are things Stryde should have fixed to begin with. I also think some beginner classes should be free. $29.99 a month for the app is about what I pay for a gym membership where I can do more than ride a bike. I would pay $99 a year, but that’s about it.

Other than that, it’s a decent bike. Sturdy.

Bike arrived defective

Bike arrived defective. Was given pages of written instructions to fix it my self. Then sent repairman to fix. Still defective. Will not allow me to return or send it back even when within the “30 day refund window.

Bike remains defective with no further offer for solution or compensation. Bike and customer service are junk

Love the bike

Love the bike, not happy with the fact less than 2 months later it’s on sale for $300 cheaper that what we paid. Would like to see the company honor price changes that steep!

Hopefully, then overtime is not an issue. Other than that we got the bike on March and since then we've been riding every day for 30-40 minutes. Positives, good quality, very solid sturdy, super silence when riding so far, screen also no issues.

Good quality construction

Good quality construction. Easy to use with Peloton app, although it doesn’t integrate cadence or power.
Minus a few stars because of design choices. I’m 6’2” and the post is about 1” too short, and there’s no way to extend it or get aftermarket parts. Also, the seat post sticks out forward between thighs when the seat is shifted back on the rail.

Be ready to pay

I think it is a bit ridiculous that if you do not pay for the monthly service you have a free ride option but it does not track or store your ride activity nor is there any way for you to have it sink or track with any of your fitness tracker apps like Samsung health or your watch for heart and fitness tracking. Even if you aren't going to do it Stryde let others do it. Two thumbs down.

High quality bike with unlocked tablet!

I've done quite a bit of research, and high quality bike along with unlocked tablet was my top choice. I like having the freedom to switch between different class platforms, Netflix, or YouTube without restrictions.

Very poor sound system

Very poor sound system, not able to hear the music for the class. The advertised ability to allow the down load of others apps is not clear or unavailable to do. Very disappointed.
