I recently had a new boiler installed by Strysen Heating & Electrical – a Worcester Bosch 8000 40kW Regular boiler – and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Roger provided the initial quote and was clear, helpful and very professional from the start. Simon carried out the installation to a very high standard, working efficiently and leaving everything clean and tidy. David was also extremely helpful in assisting me with my Domestic & General £750 compensation claim, making what could have been a complicated process completely straightforward.

From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and faultless. Excellent communication, high-quality workmanship, and outstanding customer support throughout.

Excellent service from Strysens as always, been using them for over 30 years, when our ancient gas boiler broke down on Monday they tried to obtain an obsolete part with no luck, within 3 days they installed a new boiler, a very pleasant team to deal with and with just a week to go until Christmas pulled out all the stops to make sure we had heating and hot water for the holiday.

Used the Strysen heating ltd to drag my heating system to the 21st century. Mr David Morris, the Director of the company did the survey and advised what needed doing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable person. Punctual, polite, and efficient planning, set a date for the job to be done quickly and his amazing team finished the job of upgrading the thermostats, hotwater tank conversion to an unvented one, sorted the bathroom ventilator fans efficiently, sorted out the showers all in 2 days. Very impressive company, engineers, and team. Highly recommend them.

Brilliant job done with minimal fuss!
The Strysen engineers pulled out all the stops to get to me to replace 5 radiators on a Friday afternoon, knowing that I needed this done urgently due to a deadline on other work. They managed to get all the work done in 2.5 hours, despite having to work around stuff in different rooms and even moving the pipework in one room. All work was done to a high standard, and they were very well mannered and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We would like to thank you, Simon and Harry for your invaluable assistance when called upon over the past 2-3 weeks with our 'antique' boiler and the problems we have had, particularly during a cold spell without heating! Being able to secure a gas valve at short notice when other firms were happy to respond with 'the part is now obsolete' and then to be able to install a new boiler within a matter of days. Simon and Harry have done an excellent job, we have no complaints whatsoever, they were efficient, courteous and tidy and happy to help.

The central heating system in our property was a single pipe installation around 60 years old. Strysen quoted to upgrade the system to a twin pipe flow which necessitated removing all the old pipework, radiators and fixtures and running completely new pipework throughout the house. The boiler was also replaced.
I cannot praise highly enough the quality of the work undertaken, courtesy and flexibility of the installation team and the attitude of everyone at Strysen from Director level to office administration.

I had 4 visits from Strysen engineers to fix my boiler. I was told on two separate occasions that my boiler had been fixed. It wasn't fixed and leaked all over the floor on two occasions. I even had to call the emergency help line on a Saturday morning as the boiler was leaking all over the floor. It also took days to respond to my e mails.

Ultra-fast response to my call and very friendly.
Serviced our boiler and later replaced a couple of components in my C.H. system and all fine.
10 months after the boiler service I called a different plumber for a new boiler quote, as the boiler kept switching off of it's own accord.
The plumber commented that the boiler had not been serviced properly previously, confirmed by the thick gunge in the bottom of the heat exchanger, possibly causing the problem.

Fitted new oil boiler for us in September 2022. Strysen were great sending someone round to quote quickly, checking they were quoting for a boiler sufficient for our needs. Worked with us on install date to fit in with new oil tank.
Install went smoothly and heating system is up to scratch. Would recommend

It's great when a company exceeds your expectations and goes above and beyond to help you out. After a terminal boiler breakdown Strysen Heating responded to the challenge where others had turned away, Came and surveyed the same day and juggled existing commitments to fit us in and replace our Worcester oil boiler within 2 days. All work carried out to a high standard and with a friendly professional team. Clean and tidy house with hot water again. It's never great to have unexpected expense but nice to see work carried out to a high standard with quality products.

On both occasions, the team have been excellent.
They guided us through entire process including introducing us to a bathroom designer/supplier and obtaining trade discounts.

Strysen did a great job for us, installing a new Mixergy hot water tank and boiler. Very professional, on time, helpful with any queries, and took the initiative to work around issues that were not of their making.

My family have used Strysen for new boilers and repairs. David Morris was very helpful and offered great advice on design to change an outdated 18 year old bathroom. David fully managed the whole project over two weeks. The quality of workmanship from him and his team has been first class. His team were a pleasure to have in my home and were all courteous, polite and hardworking. I was never left without any facilities and they cleaned up each day.
