Husband went in to our local March…

Husband went in to our local March Branch for a clamp for his exhaust and whilst he was there the guy fitted the back box and clamp free of charge and just asked us to put a donation in the charity box. That is quality service.

DONT USE THEM GO ELSEWHERE

"Not impressed with this companies service. First of all their grab truck broke down, but mainly in my case they got completely mixed up on the invoicing procedure, they sent me several emails asking me to pay a bill that was not mine, they said if I did not pay they would come to my house to return the load that they had collected it from as per their “terms and conditions” and also threatened court action, I was alone in an isolated property at the time recovering from surgery, and found this very intimidating, I explained to their office manager several times on email that it was not my bill but they did not stop emailing back and insisting it was my responsibility. This is a very poor way to treat your customers in my opinion and their customer service both in terms of policy and people needs to be improved. I decided to fight them in court and was found not guilty and not responsible for the bill, but as they have such poor customer service I have never received any form of apology from them.
I would seriously recommend anyone looking for this service to go elsewhere
