iBoost v200 only 3 years old and the pump is leaking
Called Stuart Turner and they don’t sell parts for the pump unit, only the complete pump unit and it’s over £800
Clearly just needs a seal replacing but they refuse to sell the spares which is wasteful and profiteering
Will not be installing Stuart Turner products for any more of my customers, much better booster systems that are more reliable and sell you spares when they do break

“Not serviceable due to the nature of the design” BS, not serviceable so you can hose people for more money. The things bolted together, of course it can be serviced! I can strip a gas boiler down to every single component part and repair it I can certainly repair a pump you just don’t want to make the spares available

Called the technical help line with a problem with a shower pump. The problem was dealt with effectively within a few days.

Eddie is a Very experienced and patient technical advisor, he helped me through a problem with a newly installed pump.
Quick and efficient in replacing pump, causing minimal disruption to customer.

My pump had stopped working.it was only 5 month old, contacted Stuart Turner and they asked me to photograph the installation, Eddie sorted me out with a new pump with no hassle. Great service with no fuss. They also said they would collect my old pump! Brilliant.

Eddie McCreadie, was very professional, and sorted matter concerning warranty in a very timely fashion.

My 2 year old pump was leaking. ST representative was very unhelpful. Said my pump had not been registered even though I definitely did online, causing me to purchase another pump with installation costing a total of £1000!!!!!
I have registered the new pump online but called ST to confirm only to be told the new pump was not registered!!

Good solid product trading from Adam and Matt both very experienced so they know what they are talking about. Factory tour was interesting as well.

I dealt with James, who understood my problem and tried to help me. In the end, we sorted out our problem to my satisfaction.

What a great company with fantastic customer service I sent a pump to them to get reconditioned they advised me it wasn't the correct pump so saving me a lot of money and time very helpful and so sent emails to help me out with what I needed products great and the after service is even better Thank you Jason Acock

Phoned Stuart Turner with obscure questions regarding a 40 year old pump and was answered with patience, detailed information and a sense of humour. Thank you Helen for your time, understanding, information and laughter!

PS the pump only failed because of householder negligence resulting in frost damage ........oh dear!

Just got off the phone to Eddie who helped me with a new pump registration.
Eddie was very polite and comes across as a true professional in his field.
I highly recommend Stuart Tuner pumps as they are better quality than other manufacturers and actually seem to last longer. Good customer service and warrenty.

I am a customer with no plumbing knowledge.

The team helped in looking at the existing shower pump installation by explaining how to use my mobile phone to live-stream to them so that they could advise on what was necessary to make a more satisfactory installation of their pump.

They sent more information by email so that my plumber can be informed of just what is needed to improve the installation - and also offered to advise him by phone if he needed more information.

I think that the service was exemplary.

Purchased a new pump as a replacement for an existing one. A fault present with one of the hoses and ST had a replacement in my hand within 24 hours. Exceptional service, fitted and all sorted!

I called Stuart Turner for technical advice regarding a pump that had failed. Without any hesitation, the technical support team, especially Eddie was professional and accurate in giving me advice. He quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for the required parts to be sent out.

Amazing experience, well done to the whole team.

No Warranty covered and will not offer a replacement or refund. Very worst service provided and kept fobbing off. Not reliable. No response to my recent complaint since Dec 2025. Pump hardly made it for a year and few months and not impressed!
