Highly suggest you use a different platform. Went to Lazio game and tickets I purchased came back as fake. We went to Rome to see this game. Went to ticket counter and by the time we were helped, the game had already started and they wouldn’t sell us new tickets. This site seems to accept fraudulent ticket sellers. Be warned.

2 events not able to attend travelling to a different continent

Travelled from Toronto Canada - Italy for 2 weeks. First week in Italy I was supposed to attend fiorentina vs bologna a very important game for both teams. Once I arrived to the event the tickets didn’t match with my name and Id as they check at the gate. They offered me a refund on my tickets as I wasn’t able to attend the event. I spoke with a supervisor (Sunday May 18) to assure my tickets for the 2nd week I was here were gonna be valid and I was promised to receive the tickets. Thursday May 17 I called and chatted with employers of StubHub to make sure the tickets would have my details on them to be able to enter the stadium and I was assured that the seller was a frequent seller and that there wouldn’t be an issue. The morning of the tickets were cancelled . Not only am I missing a one and a life time experience but the memories along with it . After today I won’t be using StubHub again

Avoid this platform

Sometimes, if you’re lucky, the platform works — you buy tickets from a seller and they send them to you within a few days.
Other times, the seller might not be able to send the tickets — for example, if they accidentally entered the wrong event date. The platform doesn’t allow them to modify the date, so you end up buying tickets that don’t actually exist. Then, you’re only told on the exact day of the concert that there’s a problem, which means you miss the event completely.

The scam is that the platform does nothing to warn the buyer that the tickets are unavailable - even if the seller informed them about the fact. That way, they can avoid having to buy replacement tickets for the buyer — and still charge the full sale amount to the seller.
I’ve bought tickets on many platforms, but this is by far the worst. Avoid it if you can. On top of that, they profit in shady ways, so there’s no reason to support or use this platform.

Below is a genuine 'Stubhub' reply…

Below is a genuine 'Stubhub' reply email following fraudulent tickets we were sent by this company. I have posted this to hopefully shame this company that simply fails to respond to any contact and rectify the position. We arrived at venue to be turned away after great expense. The best Stubhub could do was respond as below two days after the event. Despite their fan and ticket guarantees this is all worthless. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company. As always best to buy straight from venue holding act otherwise companies like 'Stubhub' you are simply playing 'Russian Roulette'. Unregulated, based abroad operating their own laws. The Firm clearly has no guarantees and neither is vetting effectively the tickets they receive. With no UK laws they abide by. You simply run a high risk of losing your money. Other reviews hardly offer confidence.
