Lease contract terms are not sent till you pay. Once you pay of you dont agree with contract terms you loose the money.

This is one of the few platforms where I got an answer from the landlords when I tried to contact them. Although non of them approved me to become their tenant, I had an excellent experience with some of the Studapart employees who tried their best to find an accommodation for my stay in Paris. Shout-out for Kevin! The only thing I disliked is the high price of the reservation and the guarantee provided by the platform (700€ in total). Anyway... I guess you just don't go living in Paris if you are poor.

i m the landlord, one year ago i had no issue to let our property out and receive my rent. this year, they reduced half rent for some fee which i m not aware without any explanation. this is unacceptable. very disappointed ! c est de l arnaque !

I asked Studapart to stop auto-renewing a “guarantee” after I moved out. I provided clear written proof. They kept copy-pasting the same script and demanded only three “acceptable” documents, refusing equivalent evidence from the landlord himself. Auto-renewal first, customer care last. First, do not use them and even if you do, disable auto-renew immediately; they will scam you. I feel tricked, stonewalled, and ignored.
Edit/ reply to Studapart: I sent multiple emails, but my issue is still not resolved. I just want to cancel the autorenewal of the Studapart guarantee. Can you please do that?

They charged me 219€ as an "acompte" without telling me they were solely studapart fees, they instead told me they were part of the total fees requested by the apartment so I paid it thinking I'm paying for the apartment while I was instead paying their fees. They should have told me before hand that this was the case and I wouldn't have paid.

Efficient, I had one month to find a place to stay before my contract was finished, and I found an room in 3weeks, I had all the documents for it, I think that was the key factor. Btw did not pay for the verified mark to be ahead in the list. Just letting y'all know!

I had a difficult experience with Studapart and the rental agency (COLOCATÈRE) connected to this platform. I want to advise other students, especially international ones, to be cautious. I booked an apartment in Reims and paid the reservation fee through Studapart, secured the mandatory guarantor fee through SmartGarant (another partner of theirs), and signed the contract and paid the first month rent in advance as well as the deposit.
But when I arrived on August 20 with all my luggage, I found out that the apartment was undergoing renovations and was uninhabitable. Furthermore the apartment listing did not correspond to the reality. I contacted Studpart, first via their Chat AI bot, and then human support. It took 1-2 days to resolve things and they were actually very helpful. I was fully reimbursed for the fees I had incurred. Now I need to look for another place to live. But at least Studapart took their work seriously and made sure I got help when I found myself in a vulnerable situation.

Bad company, bad service, no human interaction.
I paid for the guarantee as well as booked my appartment on studapart. The appartment was dirty and smelled like urine on arrival and studapart did not care or help me in any way - I even got to pay the cleaning when I moved, even though it was better than arrival... Do not use Studapart.
When my awful experience was over and I found an appartment outside this horrible website, they sent me 120 emails to renew my guarantee and would not stop this herassment. Do not use Studapart....
EDIT: The Studapart comment say they care... They do not. I have contacted them multiple times with little help. They didnt do anything about a ruined appartment or that they herassed me by email. Do not trust them and do not use them.

Such an awful company. My friend and I booked an apartment and we did everything that was required by Studapart. However, the landlord tried to scam us. From the beginning, we signed the Studapart contract for 6 months and everything was going smoothly until the owner of the ad sent us his own contract, completely changing the deal and asking us to sign for one year. Of course, we refused because there’s no way we can afford to pay rent for a place we won’t even be living in for half of that time. We asked Studapart for support and a refund, but they basically said they couldn’t do anything. I’m very upset — they should have more control over this. I mean, even in the apartment listing the minimum rental period was 6 months. I have already spent €1,600 on this, and now I have no place to stay even though I’ll be arriving in just a few days.
