I spent three months in this facility, and it was an ordeal from start to finish. Throughout that entire period, I dealt with negligent management, a complete lack of accountability, doors slamming loudly in the middle of the night, and numerous other issues.
To make matters worse, a lot of my email to management went entirely unanswered, making it nearly impossible to resolve any concerns through proper channels. I would not wish this experience on anyone, and I strongly recommend that you conduct thorough due diligence before signing any agreement with them.
The rooms I stayed in had no air conditioning and suffered from poor air circulation, which left me no choice but to keep the window open. This proved to be a serious problem, as the facility is located near Kraków Central Train Station and a major highway. Train horns sounded throughout the night, and the constant drone of car engines made restful sleep virtually impossible.
On top of that, a massive construction site operated by Echo Investment generated further disruption, with garbage trucks arriving at approximately 4:30 AM every few days, producing unbearable noise. Echo Investment is one of three co-founding partners of StudentSpace and served as the developer of both Kraków projects, meaning the same company building student housing was simultaneously responsible for the construction conditions degrading it. Despite management being fully aware of these conditions, they took no accountability whatsoever during my stay. Their only response was to dismiss it as outside noise that they could not mitigate.
After all these facts, 1 star out of 5 is one star too many, in my opinion.

Although it was easy to book an apartment, the customer service is AWFUL. Why in the world do you guys have a number on your site that isn't reachable. One of the most unprofessional, idiotic things I have seen. Remove it or add a working number. You clearly have enough time to create your little posts for social media everyday, but cant respond to paying customers? Okay then.
All you responses to negative comments are "WeRe So SoRrY fOr YoUr FrUsTrAtIoN", like genuinely just shut up. It's so inauthentic, you clearly could care less about clients.
Would be a wonderful site if their customer service reps could be in check. Whatever they're getting paid is way too much. Would only understand if this is a volunteer position of some kind.
