Excellent customer service. Even though I’ve made a few changes due to my last minute change of accommodation hall, student essentials helped me to cater for all my needs with timely response.

Although the production and hence the delivery of the original bedding that I ordered got delayed because of the pandemic, Student Essentials delivered temporary bedding to me to meet my scheduled delivery date and offered to deliver the original bedding soon with no extra costs and without requiring me to return the original bedding!

I ordered 3 packs (bedding, kitchen and towels) to save me from bringing it all on the train with me to my halls. Whilst everything arrived in a timely fashion, only one box had my address listed causing confusion about the missing bedding and towels until reception found the unlabelled box.

Furthermore, I ordered blue towels and received oatmeal ones instead and a couple of items were missing out of the kitchen pack including a paring knife which I luckily could order from amazon.

I also ordered a single bedding set thinking I would have a single-sized bed but instead found I have a small double but I will chalk that mistake up to the fact that the halls I am staying in is brand new.

Overall, the service was pretty mediocre and whilst it did save me some time and effort it instead provided a great deal of stress trying to find the missing or inaccurate pieces.

I ordered the comfort bundle. Student Essentials delivered it before I arrived at the residence, so I could quickly start a new life! In addition, the bedding itself is really comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with the service very much.

I booked a bedroom bundle in advance and could receive the quality bundle once arrived at my residence. The customer service is very quick in their responses and helpful.

I booked a bedroom bundle in advance and it saved a lot of space in my luggage. The package was already delivered to my room when I arrived. It was so convenient. Besides, student essentials sent free substitutes to me because the delivery of my original order was delayed. The quality of the substitutes was nice as well and the service was really good.

I was too excited to receive my bundle. However, I was worried too if it reached in time or not. Student essentials did a great job, though. My bundle was delivered on time, and they also sent a pack of toiletries as a token of thanks. I just loved the stuff I bought. Thanks 😊 and keep it up.

Their delivery was prompt and their responses timely and reassuring, which was especially important for me as an overseas student. They also issued a refund for one of the items since they didn't have it in the ordered colour for it, and made up for any potential incovenience by sending the item in the colour that was available. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase essential items to settle in to their new student life!
