We have used Student Storage Experts to store my son’s belongings over the last two summers.
The packing materials are of good quality and the process was simple and communication clear.
As an International parent it was a relief knowing his things were collected, stored safely and delivered on time.
I will use this reliable service again and highly recommend.

Rob at Student Storage Experts has been amazing to work with. He informed us about what was happening every step of the way and contacted my daughter when he was on site, to make sure he had all her stuff. He also made some great suggestions to help us when it came to delivering her belongings to her new house, that alleviated any further stress we might have had. I can’t recommend his company highly enough and would definitely use them again.

Absolutely amazing service! Not only do they respond promptly to any inquiries you might have prior to collection day, the quality of materials was really good as well and for a great price in comparison to similar companies. I really appreciate that all costs are made clear unlike others which aren't as transparent.

I was one person with 4 large boxes, a laundry bag and a suitcase so I was quite worried about how heavy it would be to carry things. They were really flexible and met me by my flat door instead so I didn't have to move my boxes any further and loaded them into the van for me. I am very grateful, made a stressful process much smoother, simpler and quick - highly recommend!

Student Storage Experts (SSE) has been a firm companion of mine throughout my University years at Loughborough.

My first experience with them was during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when I had to leave the UK and left the responsibility of my belongings in the hands of SSE. They successfully packed and stored my stuff throughout the lockdown and even delivered it right to my accommodation during the start of my second year at uni.

A positive experience during an uncertain time led to me using SSE's service for the next 2 years too.

Overall, SSE's service is economically viable, trustworthy, efficient, and very student friendly, catering to custom requests.

Very thankful to Rob and his team for the constant support over the past 3 years!

Excellent service. Website is easy to use with all costs given upfront, and it includes packing material delivered to your address within just a few working days (including tape!). The highlight is their very prompt, friendly and helpful customer service - any queries I had were resolved quickly, and they were able to move up my collection date at request with just two days notice. Would use again and highly recommend.

Awful experience with this company.

I put a note against my order that collection needed to be before 11am, 11am came and went with no courier and zero contact, repeated phone calls from 10.15am onwards went straight to voicemail, email was also unanswered.

In the end I had to bin the belongings I planned to put in storage and rush for my train. A needlessly stressful experience.

Student Storage Experts put me at ease every step of the way, from queries, collection, storage and delivery. As an architecture student I had a significant amount of course equipment and materials to store on top of typical belongings which worried me, however this was accommodated for.

Not only that they made it possible for delivery to arrive prior to my return arrival to halls. All of my items were delivered in full and returned to me in great condition, especially my course equipment.

I highly recommend their service and expertise.

These guys have been extremely helpful with the whole process of storage and shipping my stuff to my home country. From helping me remove specific stuff from my box through video calls to just generally being very understanding and patient. Even when my stuff got accidentally shipped back to the UK. They helped me straight away with the procedures to get it back home. Definitely recommended!

The people who work here are really available and kind. The communication was perfect as they immediately answer any email, even on a Saturday. They also got the boxes for me at my doorstep so I wouldn't have to carry them myself down the stairs. Nice experience!

Brilliant service from this company, cannot recommend highly enough, they went over and above all expectations during lockdown to pack/collect/store my daughters belongings, not only that they also help repatriate her with her belongings in France... all at a very competitive price.

I wasn't there to receive my boxes but everything came together and in one piece. I was happy that everything I had stored was not dusty or dirty too.

A height-adjustable desk and chair were successfully stored and re-delivered. However, the desk had been tampered with so that a single leg was higher than the other, resulting in a slanted surface. Delivery and storage-wise, a decent job. Regarding the handling of the property, somewhat bemused.

Very flexible and great help for international students. Very quick to respond as well.
