Link for ticket appeared but not ticket itself
Once two years ago i bought ticket for Maneskin concert and everything went smooth, 10/10. This time I purchased one ticket for Billie Eilish show in Hannover on 02.05.25 some hours before the show took place. Some minutes after purchase i received an email with link to ticketmaster. I followed all the instrustions. But after pressing button "Accept the ticket" no ticket appeared in ticketmaster or elsewhere. I wasnt let in on the show because i had only section, row and place shown, but no actual ticket with qr code. I already send an email describing my situation and attached screenshots to my letter. Please contact me back
update: two hours after writing an email i got respond that in duration of three days i will receive refund and i actually did. still sad i couldn’t attend the concert
