i purchased my stairmaster over 2 months ago and i still have not received it. to be crystal clear- i paid the entire amount in full thousands of dollars $$$$$$$$$$$. i dealt directly with wes and ahmad ( who turned in to a ghost after i asked where my unit was) again do not buy here- they will ask for payment in full- then never deliver - classic case of not having the money to buy your order so they rely on you to give them a loan to buy it and then someday ship it to you. i am real custmer - do not write back and say you want to help-you have been saying you would help in countless texts and emails- we are well past you trying to save any face.

BUYER BEWARE! I spoke with a rep and explained that I was considering the Schwinn IC4. Asked about different models offered by Studio Cycles... Long story short, I was lied to. I called and was told my order would be placed on hold. It wasn't! This company will charge you a 20% administrative fee if you do not CANCEL within 24 hours. I recommend reading the BBB reviews and do a lot of research on the brand of exercise equipment they are trying to sell you. The sales reps are really smooth so do yourself a favor and don't purchase right away.

I have been looking for a replacement for my old Sunny bike for a while. I have a 25" inseam which made it particularly difficult to find a bike, even Peloton couldn't accommodate. When emailing COURTNEY with Studio Cycles, she helped me find a bike that would fit my short stature. She even sent me photos of the bike being measured so I could rest easy knowing I was buying a bike that would work for me. We communicated frequently and she was able to answer all of my questions and quickly. I had reached out to several spin bike retailors and none could match the customer service that I received from Studio Cycles. I'll leave another review once I've received/tested the bike.

Studios-Cycle did an excellent job providing me a superb spin bike at a competitive price. Things were not smooth; delivery was delayed because of COVD19; the bike needs some servicing upon arrival; however, these are the situations in which you value an excellent customer service team. Especial thanks to DANIEL, who did a fantastic job from the minute he learned that there was an issue with the delivery. Daniel contacted me by phone every day to update me on where things were. He also connected me with Joe, the technical engineering, and follow up to make sure that everything was good with the bike. Right now waiting for the service to come, but I feel that any problems that arise in the future, I do have a great company and excellent customer support team to back me up.
