Love the 3 way brass switches!

When switching switches out I hooked up a wire incorrectly and 3 way switch didn’t work correctly. Contacted customer service and explained the problem with wiring pictures. They helped me identify wire which was incorrectly connected by us and with there help fixed the problem in 20 minutes start to finish. Their products have so much character and lasting value but their customer service in this day and age is unmatched!

Agree with the other people here. The product is super beautiful and high quality. Had a similar situation as another where it took quite a while to receive the product. Received an email saying it was not a product they had in stock and had to source it. All good, as we got it and it’s beautiful. Once this company nails down notifications and messaging they’ll be golden

Great and beautiful product, quality is very high, I installed a few of these switches and plugs and it looks awesome, I had a question and customer service was great to deal with, I’ll recommend them in a definitely continue to be a customer in the future.

The product is beautiful and looks great installed in my home. I had questions about my shipping status and they replied to me with an update pretty quickly. They were also helpful when I realized I had ordered the wrong device!

FIRST AND FOREMOST:
The 3-gang dimmer switch plate we got is absolutely beautiful.

F'REAL:
The antique brass patina, the meticulous craftsmanship of the knurled dimmers, the feel of it are all excellent.

THAT SAID:
They have some work to do around communication and customer service.

IT WAS A LITTLE UNFORTUNATE:
Up front, I got lots of attention from their very human chat rep. They answered questions, clarified some details, and even offered up a little buy-now discount.

BUT THEN:
Past the time when we should have received it they went quiet. No response to emails. No reps online. It made me anxious and very concerned. It's a premium product at a premium price, and I expected premium service.

SO:
I started expressing myself in clearly dissatisfied terms (understatement) and someone appeared, reassured me that the product was ready to ship, and sent an image of a package with my name on it. It arrived soon thereafter.

ULTIMATELY:
We're delighted with the thing, and the unfortunate bumps are forgotten in the hazy delight of using it.
