Really busy & friendly hair studio that did a great job tidying up my scarecrow hair on the first visit - muting the overall colour & trimming to a neat new 'Biba esq' style. It was easy to park & there's a nice cafe nearby with it's own friendly staff, so it's a brill out of town location. I felt at ease from the outset in the capable hands of Lou & think this could be the start of a long & happy relationship. It's quite a while since I last felt comfortable at the hairdressers - in fact almost a year since my last hairderesser retired so I am very happy & already looking forward to my next appointment. I made a personal visit to the salon before I made a booking & was greeted by a friendly & helpful Justin, so a big 'thank you' to both him & Lou as well as the other lovely chatty ladies who were also present in the salon at the time. Congratulations. You did not disappoint & your reviews defintiely do you proud.
