They used to be nice. I’ve worn a pair of sandals from this brand, that I purchased in 2020, for 6 years now; they're my favorite ever. Last year, I purchased another pair. Not only are their prices way higher than they used to be, but the quality has also decreased considerably. I got this new pair of sandals at a discounted price, but I still feel robbed.
I ordered two pairs. The design is very nice; however, they are uncomfortable to wear. I emailed the company to request a return label for one pair, and they told me it would cost $45 to return or I could opt for a free exchange. This doesn’t make much sense to me, as I was keeping the other pair (which, by the way, is also uncomfortable and I doubt I’ll wear again).
In the end, they charged me £45 instead of $45 which is roughly 30% of the shoe’s price. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this experience. Poor value for money and disappointment in customer service.
