Bad customer service & product quality
Just like the other customer below. Really bad customer service, also poor product quality overly promoted by online marketing. Ordered an eco bag and paid more than 300kr for it, to receive a piece of really thin, cheap fabric that cannot even hold normal groceries. Wanted to return - I had to go to Postnord, fill out all the forms, print out the label, because this company DOES NOT offer any return label and tell you it is YOUR PROBLEM if you want to return. After two weeks, the Postnord tracking info was missing for some reason and they never refunded my money or didn’t offer any help although I provided proof that I did send it back. They said it is Postnord’s fault that they didn’t deliver it. Never use this brand. There are many more brands in Denmark with much better, seamless customer service and product quality.
