In the Study.com; I've seen Wrong Mesaage- where its written about the Siddhartha Gautam -Lord Budha: was an ancient Indian Prince which is 100% wrong because Siddhartha Gautam -Lord Budha's Birth place is Kapilvastu in Lumbini which is in Nepal 🇳🇵 not in India.

So, He was a Nepali Prince, But not the Indian Prince, this kind of wrong messages should be amended and the correct mesages with facts should be inserted to spread the right mesages to the readers.
Please, write the factual mesages from the right source which which has got authenticated evidence.
Truth is always truth no one can hide the factual thing forever. 🙏🏾

They hide that the cost to sign up is recurring each month in the terms and service fine print. I was charged for 4 months and only used it for 1 week. Why not just be honest and make it clearly known when someone is signing up?

Click and bait type of scam business. I was looking for courses to learn the basics of the French language. They showed me a video with all the pronunciations. I thought, wow, I clicked for a free one-week trial to check it out, and out of nowhere, they charged me $5.95 for the week. When I checked again, the offer was special, and instead of $30, they gave you a week of nonsense for $5.95. And, to make it worse, they had nothing, just one offer of some blah blah they put together as 16 chapters, 262 lessons, and only 6 of these chapters had videos of 2-4 minutes of cartoons talking. You will get two hundred sixty-two silly lessons free of Google. I will dispute the charges with PayPal with all proofs of nonsense.

When I decided to change careers, I was looking for the most economical way to earn my Ohio teaching license. I decided that the best path for me would be to complete a Masters of Teaching program through WGU, but before I could be admitted to the program I needed to complete a few more prerequisite courses. Study.com made the process extremely easy. I knew before I started my courses that they would be approved for transfer and fulfill my requirements. I was able to earn college credit from home quickly so that I could start my program with WGU after only a couple months instead of waiting semesters.

After completing my third practice test, the score was not applied. The system shows that I did not complete the test (inaccurate) but it won't let me access the test. Not to mention the test content is all the same. I don't believe this course properly prepares someone for the actual praxis test. I want a refund. Unfortunately I finished the course and it seems that voids the free trial opportunity. Furthermore, I reported a technical glitch with my account claiming that I was unable to take anymore practice tests or finish one that I started even though my subscription was still valid. Nothing was done about it. I unsubscribed.

Great resources but 30$ a month is alot and I canceled the first day after my monthly charge. It says they will charge me next month. I had to go through the cancle prossess 2 times for it to acknowledged I canceled. I am 90 percent sure I went through the canceling process last month too but they didn't cancel my subscription then either.

I recently ordered an educational kids activity bundle for $9.99 on November 1, 2024. Have not received it. Yet, they sure took the money right out of my account plus an additional ten cents. It was supposed to be Free all I had to do was pay Shipping. When will I get the order. Bought for us to use for my granddaughter. Disappointed. Was this a scam?

Study.com was exactly what I needed to use when preparing for the Library Media GACE.

My son used this study.com during summer break, as he is very self-driven always seeking more to study. I paused subscription in August when busy school year starting. However today I just received email from Studay.com asking me to update my payment information. as they failed attempted charge for December 2024. that's how I found out they continued charge me after my Pause/August. I'm request refund for September - November 2024 charge $59.99 x 3month= $179.97. waiting for response from study.com. I will update my review after I receive response.

For the last several years I've reached out to Study.com demonstrating that there are real errors in their proctored exams. And to this day, those questions have not been corrected. Also, I would recommend students to avoid any course that requires submitted assignments that use subjective grading rather than objective grading. The former is where one's assignment is based on a reviewer's opinion rather than say (3+5=8). Unfortunately, all too often in academia a person's demographic is taken into consideration with grading. All things being equal, if your name is John Anderson and another student is Jawakatima Johnson, John will automatically earn a grade lower than Jawakatima.

The other thing that must be noted is that Study.com pays people for their positive reviews on Trustpilot and BBB through their Ambassador program.

Study.com provides thorough and relevant information to help you succeed in your field of study. I passed the Special Education exams on my first attempt. I will continue to use Study.com for continuing education.
