I learned so much i don’t know which could be used for future knowledge. It was interactive and we were given times to answer questions

Really helpful, interactive and informative. I enjoyed every all the sessions.

I did the MMI circuit and it was going great until the final station. The last tutor was so rude whilst giving feedback and was actually a nicer person when in his role play character. I nearly cried because of how brutal it was, if he mentioned any postives, he brushed over it within in 3 seconds and continued to degrade how I attempted to answer the station. Of course I tried to put my emotions aside and I did take on board what he said. But that being said, it was an awful way to give feedback.
That being said I do love the feedback from the other tutors and thought they were lovely just one bad apple!
I also have had a tutor personally who has been amazing!

I post this further to my review of 1st January. I am pleased to say that we have now been paid a refund of the session that was cancelled by the tutor. I got a phone call from a senior manager apologising and offering a full refund of the missed session. Just a shame it had to get to this.

The videos are great they're not to long where you might lose interest or not to short not to understand. They very descriptive and gives examples of similar questions types an individual may be given. I have only done 2 lessons but I am really enjoying it so far.

It was really informative and engaging. By getting us to put our cameras on it got me out of my comfort zone which overcame fear/anxiety of what others thought. The info taught in the lesson was amazing. He actually gave us steps to do next and many examples.

Leaving a review on behalf of my son as he’s spending most of his time trying to find a tutor!! When he should be actually studying for his GAMSAT. He has 1 tutor who is excellent but finding another tutor for section 3 is an awful experience for him- he’s Whatsapped Study Mind he finds a tutor who says yes then they are busy?? When I’m paying a lot of money a month I would expect more support when students are finding difficulties like this. It’s the bad things that outweigh the good sadly - I wouldn’t and couldn’t recommend this company on present experience at all which is so sad as there are some great reviews and that is why we went with them . My husband and I both work in the NHS in the medical and nursing field we are feeling that my son is being let down sadly.

Was really great, very helpful. Made me feel more confident and highlight areas for me to work on. Tutors were lovely very positive but also gave really good constructive feedback.

Used the LNAT service originally. It was useful to help prepare.

Where I had difficulties, the customer service team were very kind and helpful- a real asset to the company.

I also had interview tutoring through Study Mind and Asrini was a very engaging tutor who has helped build my confidence ahead of the interview.

Would recommend. Thank you for your services.

It was a really great and informative experience!

Very interactive and helpful for answering my questions

I joined the study mind virtual engineering experience and I found this experience very useful, as my talk gave me different insights on different engineering courses such as mechanical and chemical. I also had a talk from a 4th year Cambridge student and this was very informative as he showed us his experiences and tips for entering oxbridge universities.

the information is very useful, and the activities are fun and interesting
