It needs a carb to clear out the smoke. The chambers need to be bigger. Water too easily gets in either mouth piece or bowl area. Cleaning is often and smelly since it mixes with the water and gets all over you since its sticky wet globs. Tons of napkins, q tips, and pipe cleaners needed after about only 4 bowls. Not for real smokers good for wannabes that won't use it that often. As for the modul, it also needs a carb. Also sucks that you have to hold it up to your face, cant set it down and use it easily. And since no carb you have to rip it off the magnet that will either have you knock something over or spill it with the force coming apart and I like to use the carb mutipule times in one rip. Also the model isnt friendly for mutipule uses. Once that bowl is scortching hot from the last rip. You cant touch it, to pull it out, to repack it. You can try while its still attached but you will for sure waste some that way. I wish I never bought them especially for the price. Each one is like $800! I got both during black friday so it was half off. And I still dont think it was worth the money. Its more to show people the "cool" gimmick. But if its just you to smoke out of an awesome thing often with big ass hits and little mantenice this isnt it. Buy an actual gravity bong for a 10th of the price and no maintenance besides cleaning the bowl.

I purchased the modul unit and dok in September last year my first impression was good apart from my own mistake in the purchase as it is not a vaporizer it combusts the material.
Having got over my mistake I started to use the product ,after only 4 weeks the inside of the dry herb tank cracked it now has one large hole not 3 small .
It's pretty much useless now as all the material just pulls through .
After 4 times contacting on online contact form nothing in response ,I emailed customer service no response. This unit was over £400 and now nothing more than a book stand .

It leaked two weeks after opening out the box and customer support just keeps telling me to clean it which does not solve a manufacturer problem which this clearly is. I've wasted hours on the phone with support to no avail. I'm out $600 basically

great site has everything you need for replacements and style changes but the thing is they do not sell a replacement bowl (dropped mine taking it out of the case)
