Ordered two years ago and never received the items nor a refund. They don't reply to emails but rip off little girls. Despicable behavior, don't shop with the Sterniolo, they are scamming people.

Ordered over a month ago and was receiving status updates up until Mar 4, when the shipment became in transit and has been till now. I tried contacting USPS but all I got was bot replies and no help on international orders. In parallel sent several email to sturnioclothing.com with no reply!

Ordered a sweatshirt in July for 75 dollars total. It’s December and we still haven’t received the item. We’ve emailed several times asking them the status of the order and finally they sent an email saying our order will be refunded, but only for 54 dollars. However, we’ve yet to receive the refund and they are ignoring my emails. If I don’t receive a response, I’m going to report this company to the better business bureau. It’s too bad because my daughter loves the merchandise. Buyer beware.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do not order anything from here. My daughter spent $75 for a sweatshirt in June. It is now November. Not only do we not have the sweatshirt, but they do not respond back to the emails I have sent asking for the shirt or a refund.
