This may not seem like much to most people, but for me adding the lost art of the human touch when doing business with others makes the most impact of all. P. S. - my Pharaoh pendant (with its beautiful complimentary necklace) is absolutely gorgeous! Planning to buy from them again and hoping they're going to add rings to their inventory in the future.

Waded in two weeks
I worn it everyday with the diamonds facing out the back fade I have a gold plated watch from 20y now with no fading why is that showers twice with it on

I can only put this down an anomaly in manufacturing, and this piece you have does not meet the standard of the rest of our pieces. Although this is no excuse, sometimes errors are out of our control and are not a true reflection on the brand.
