While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

BEWARE OF THE STYL COSMETICS SCAM!

BEWARE!! This is an absolute scam website/company, and there is very good reason why there is no accreditation from the Better Business Bureau website on Styl Cosmetics. The owner plus minions delete absolutely EVERYTHING on their Instagram that is negative or a question about shipping times. All positive reviews, defensive comments and any strong denials of wrongdoing you ever read about them are submitted by staff of the 'company' using aliases and/or anonymous settings. Various banks have investigated the company before on fraud requests, and the small handful of times you ever hear about customers receiving orders, is because they either send cheap dollar store glitter (not sending what customers have ordered), or products have arrived shattered. More often than not they just don't send anything, ignore emails, refuse refunds, and refuse to send out shipping confirmation emails until they've been investigated or pressured after weeks/months with no communication. There is an enormous amount of doubt whether the carefully curated image they portray on social media is even their own products (product demos may be items from another brand that they're just swatching). There has been zero evidence that a customer (not affiliated with the company) has ever seen anything like what they're advertising. Consider yourself warned!! Ask your bank to tell you how many financial institutions had to provide refunds due to this scam. I won't be surprised that when the heat gets too hot, the same people will shut this down and reopen under a new name again and again.
