Honestly I have no idea why ratings are so low.
I ordered a pair of Air Max 2090 EOI, they were well below market price, had many sizes available, came within a week even though shipping was international and customs withheld the package.

On top of that, after the package was unable to be delivered due to me being out of the house I got an email from Stylefile.de asking how they could get in contact with me in order to redeliver the package.

Overall very happy with my purchase and will for sure be looking at their site again if I need something in the future!

Ordered a particular RIPNDIP Hoodie (which was out of stock everywhere else) from Germany to the UK. I was a little hesitant due to the other reviews but really wanted the Hoodie. The order was placed over the Black Friday weekend and I received the order in 4 days. Very impressed and would have no hesitation in using again.

I made an order last week for a 2 days delivery, I still haven't got the package, the tracking number doesn't work and the customers service is not helping, I paid lots of money and the order will not arrive.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!

I don't know why everyone here is rating this company so poorly. I bought some shoes online and they arrived 2 days later (correct size, no visible signs of wear and tear). Shipping was free. They didn't charge me extra for using a credit card like some German websites do. Seems like a normal store with good prices - even shows up in the google shopping tab.

My order was just cancelled, even though they had already taken the money off my account!! I got it back in the end, but would have much preferred to receive the product I had actually ordered! I tried solving it on the phone, but they were very unprofessional and don't seem to be a legitimate online-shop. I WON'T ORDER AGAIN!!

Great shop that also sells smaller (local) brands.
Good prices and even better promotions.
Returns are easy, free and refund is issued fast.
Their customer support is also great and usually responds really fast.

The only thing that i do not like too much, is their online shop.
Every time you add something to your cart, you have to go back afterwards and scroll all the way down again. Thats a little annoying.

Its my first time to buy in stylefile since they posted it that they are delivering the items 1-2workdays! Thats why i immediately bought the items i want! Little did i know it was a scam! 2days after my items are still not arriving!!!! They are lying and cheated!!!! I will not order in this site!!!! Never again!!! Ordered from them twice, both times no complications and fast delivery.
I also emailed them a question about a product; they responded the same day, and answered everything I asked. Will be shopping with Stylefile again!

This is my first time buying online from stylefile.de. I bought a pair of adidas shoes yesterday (28 march 2018) and they arrived on the next day. Delivery was super fast and the price of the shoes was cheaper than most of other stores. I'm super happy and satisfied. Thank you!
