Scam site selling fraudulent copyright goods. Changes name constantly. Photos and descriptions stolen from brand websites. Can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down. You’ll be putting in a credit card claim if you fall for this ‘shop’.

Avoid at all costs - this is a scam company!
This company is a complete scam outfit, total fraud. Website (Stylehill.co.uk) looked legitimate, payment taken and then the merchant name appeared as "Mulberry Galleria". Then, once the item arrived about 2 weeks later (later than promised, FedEx updates indicating delivery from China despite 2-3 day UK promise) it was obviously a fake passport cover (plenty of clues, no certificate of authenticity etc). Oh and then later, I received a customs tax bill from FedEx!

I called the number on the website - it's a mobile number which no one answers. I tried the live chat function, no response. I then emailed to ask for a refund, was wrongly told that it wasn't eligible for a refund (despite distance sale), receive a couple of dismissive responses, which read as if written by a child judging by the style and no further responses since then.

Of course I’ll be reporting this and seeking my reimbursement but I would advise anyone to AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Looking back at the terms and conditions, the poor grammar should have alerted me early on.

It's been some time and i still haven't received my purchase. useless support services.

I love shopping here, but this time I purchased an item that said it was my size but when it arrived, it wasn't Non-refundable item. So wasted money is why I gave 3stars.

These products are fake. Communication is great when you are looking to buy, but once you try to return goods you won't hear anything. Never answer phone or reply to voicemails. No name ever given in emails. Strange order confirmation received which was first giveaway.
Address in UK is false, there is no company by this name in Woodhead Road, Bradford.

From placing an order to receiving my order was 9 days. I was informed about my order frequently. I received my order in great shape. FEDX delivered my order. The product was excellent. It was just a described and pictured. I will be ordering again soon.

My purse is in better condition than I expected.

Fast shipping, exactly as described. Will purchase from again!

Purchased a LV Odeon bag for £1187
It was out of stock at LV and a nearly £400 cheaper so I thought I’d got a bargain
After nearly 2 weeks they emailed saying unable to supply it and would receive a refund in 7-10 days
3 weeks later it had not been refunded
I contacted them and they said it had been refunded but offered no details and suggested I contact the bank
Luckily I used my capital one CC and contacted them who confirmed they had not received a refund
I contacted Stylehill again who basically said you need to claim it via your CC company as your covered by them
I completed a claim form with Cap One who refunded me within 3-4 days.
I believe Stylehill had no intentions of refunding me and are untrustworthy
If you decide to purchase from them I highly recommend using a credit card for your piece of mind but I certainly wouldn’t use again or recommend.

brought a small LV bag in good faith for a Xmas present. Took ages to arrive. When it did arrive was clearly fake. Asked to return, radio silence. Lodged claim with bank, Barclays have been amazing. I have my money back but dispute continues…

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE
They sell counterfeit bags.
Do not trust anything that it is in their website.
Phone number goes always to voicemail and they never replied back to you once you claim your return rights.
Super responsive if you are new in the webchat and you are looking to buy but after they disappear.
They asked me to open a dispute with my bank after pretended to have issues a refund that never arrived.
I am now waiting for an answer from my bank but I do not know whether I would see my money back at all.

Despite the website making it very clear that they only supply authentic items, I was very disappointed to discover that the Louis Vuitton bag that they sent was a counterfeit from the far-east.

Absolutely terrible, have been ripped off over £750.
Ordered a bag, got confirmation text and then a week later email confirmation of order.
Heard nothing for weeks then had email saying they hand refunded me.
Sent an email to ask why as no explanation and to say I have not received the refund, No reply, 15 further emails and no reply. Contacted bank and no refund or pending refund has been made, bank has opened a investigation with all correspondence sent between stylehill and myself. Awaiting on the bank to advise , in meantime have text via the site and email and no reply.

Rating this 5 Stars for the Quality of the Bag, All told from start to finish ie ordering and delivery took about 10 days, For the first couple of days I got a tracking number but no movement, After 4 days I started worrying still no movement but once the item was in transit it took 4 days in travel all told, Corresponding with seller is very good, even though their was no movement at first I started panicking especially spending so much, but was assured all was fine, if their was a rating for travel then it would be 3 stars, but overall What a great bag this is, Even at Half price almost
