Fast delivery and great quality. Love my new prints!

Absolutely beautiful print and communication with this company was easy and no hassles and they delivered exactly what I wanted

Made my first order and at this point I’m still waiting. First email from Style my Wall on ordering stating delays could be a problem. Then they say the items are dispatched from Victoria with Couriers Please. I’m on South Coast NSW so of course the pictures go to Queensland first. Then Couriers Please let me know there will be a delay. No doubt.
My suggestion to Style My Wall. Learn how to choose a reliable courier not just a cheap one. No doubt it will be well after Easter now before delivery. In this day and age if you can’t get products to customers in a timely manner find something else to do. I won’t be buying again from Style my Wall or recommending them.

I have received my prints and they are very nice quality for the money. I am upgrading my 2 stars to 3 and appreciate Style My Wall’s follow up. I would still reconsider the shipper, but that’s just my opinion.

The choice on the website was phenomenal. I found the perfect poster, shopped around on other websites for the same poster and found it was considerably cheaper on Style My Wall.
On receipt of the poster the quality was excellent, colors vibrant and clear. The more reasonable price did not mean a compromise in quality!
Shopping insurance offered gave me peace of mind as it was so reasonably priced. Good communication regarding delivery.

Good options to customise, and preview updates so you can see your choices. So many pictures to choose from and a good variety of sizes. Delivery was pretty quick and the quality is impressive for the prices.

The order arrived later than expected and unfortunately the item was damaged on delivery. That said, their customer support was responsive and helpful, and the issue was resolved without much hassle. Overall a good experience despite the initial problems.

I was looking for an affordable, good quality product to decorate my room. I love dogs, so I chose my own photo, and now I have a beautiful image of a walk with my dog🐶. I absolutely love it.
The image quality is great. I ordered a B1 size and thought it might look pixelated, but it looks perfect.

I adore my picture, it is beautiful, has vibrant colours, the frame was just the colour I was looking for, it was well packaged with a speedy delivery. Found the website user friendly, excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Style My Wall highly enough, both for the quality of their products and their exceptional customer service.

I ordered two framed A1 prints online on Christmas Day using my iPhone and secured a great deal. When they arrived, I was immediately impressed by the craftsmanship. The packaging and quality of the frames are excellent.

Upon close inspection I noticed one of the prints (Club des Chats, the vintage French black bow-tie cat print) appeared to have marks and speckling on it, which I initially thought were defects. I purchase the prints on my phone and didn’t zoom in closely on the artwork at the time of ordering. I emailed late on a Friday night to raise my concern, not expecting a response for a few days.

To my complete surprise, my phone rang within half an hour. It was Justin, the owner. He was genuinely concerned that I wasn’t happy and immediately got on the front foot in a proactive, professional manner. He took the time to listen, explain the vintage design intent of the artwork. He even texted me zoomed in pictures from their website, clearly showing the markings in the same places I noticed. He had every right to be defensive, but he wasn’t. He was patient and understanding. He even offered a refund and asked if I wanted to change to a different design. He wasn’t happy until I was completely comfortable and I love the design!

Justin personally followed up again the next day. I explained I had another French Moulin Rouge print from Paris that intended to mount on the same wall. I liked the natural frames and enquired if he would mind if I popped into their factory to see if the print could work in one of their frames. I wanted the frames to match.

The very next day, I visited their Moorabbin factory to see whether the Moulin Rouge print would work. Although this isn’t something they normally offer, the team were expecting us and they welcomed us without hesitation.

The size of my print wasn’t quite right for the frame, but the team offered to source a custom mount to fit.

The team were warm, welcoming and generous with their time. It was fantastic to see their operations and printing process firsthand. Truly first class. They even framed one of my prints on the spot while I waited and went above and beyond to help with other odd-sized prints from Amalfi.

What stood out most was the follow-up. Justin messaged me again after my visit to make sure I was happy and that everything had met my expectations. That level of care is rare and refreshing.

Exceptional quality, genuine service and outstanding follow-through. Style My Wall is a business that truly stands behind both their product and their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will absolutely be back.

I had intended to order the same picture from another company but Style My Wall made it clear exactly what was on offer and how the delivery process would go. They fulfilled my expectations and then surpassed my hopes with a quality product at a very competitive price.
