What a fab company to deal with! Delivery super fast and one absolutely gorgeous healthy rose received! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

What amazing roses beautifully presented , lovely wrapping matching cards great aftercare ,leaflet's all delivered in strong boxes very quickly would definable be my first place to shop

Purchased a rose named ‘Mick’ as a memorial gift for my Mum following the passing of her dog of the same name.
Was delighted to see there was a rose with the same name, it felt like the perfect gift.
The rose was delivered in very good time and just as detailed.

Mums feedback was “It is glorious. A very good choice and please say how good and healthy it is and beautifully gift packaged and also well protected for delivery, no bent stems broken leaves etc. Lovely”

I am so impressed by this company. I ordered a rose to give to a friend who was visiting me. Unfortunately I was out when the courier left it on my door step and sadly it wasn’t there on my return.
I asked style rose if they had a photo of where the rose was left and explained the situation.
Even though this was not their problem or their fault at all. They immediately offered me a replacement rose but as my friend was due very soon I had to decline.
Then to my surprise I was refunded in full !!! Something I wasn’t expecting or that they had to do.
Exceptionally nice company. I will recommend and use them again for sure.

I ordered the Robert rose just prior to Christmas Day for my mother in law as a gift. The lovely rose arrived in time for Christmas and was well packaged and protected and their communication was superb. Thank you to Style Roses for the rose. Mother in Law absolutely loved it. Superb service.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to Style Roses for all your help in choosing the perfect Rose bush for our needs. The Rose Bush was delivered next day as promised and most importantly, our friend and colleague, who it was a gift for, following the loss of her mum absolutely loved it and said it couldn't have been a better gift she was so touched . We know it brings her lots of comfort and joy watching it flower year after year.

delivery costs are only visible ONCE the order is placed. Too late then to go elsewhere because of the v.high charges.
That is how I experienced this sites purchasing process. I have had many years experience of a great number of sites and am wide-eyed picking out the wide variety of ways of revealing information. Shame if I 'missed' this site's process but I wont be going back again.

My 1st order (as a 60th Bday gift ) and I'm so happy with the roses that I recieved. They were carefully packaged, beautifully wrapped and arrived on precisely the right day.

I had a slight problem with one rose and Margaret was ever so helpful, dispatching a no quibble replacement within 48 hrs. Friendly,excellent customer service and I can't wait to oder again.
Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I specifically put the address to where I wanted it delivered to on the order form but it was ignored and they sent it to me. I rang to ask if it could be rectified only to be kept waiting on the telephone for five minutes and then to be told it was not their fault.
Clearly they need to check their computer system
They would not re route the rose without further payment so not my idea of good customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again as clearly they do not follow instructions
The item was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain and the box it arrived it was soaked I had not been told that it had arrived.

My Scent from Heaven potted rose arrived the very next day in an extremely good condition. Thank you so much. I’ll be back for more!

I ordered 2 x Keith potted rose bushes and they are absolutely stunning. So pleased with the service I received. I made a mistake with my order and it was quickly rectified on the phone. I have received my "Susie" rose today on the day l chose .. with advance warning of delivery time ..& it arrived in perfect condition .. simply beautiful.. so healthy & glorious perfume exactly as described when l ordered it .... my 1st purchase from Style Roses but def not my last !!!

I would like to thank you not only for the absolutely beautiful rose, Fair Eva, but also for your help and efficiency. I ordered it in June, and as suggested by you, requested delivery for the 23rd July. I received notification of delivery and it arrived on time. The packaging was excellent, as were the instructions and growing tips. Our friend, Eva, is thrilled with it.

This rose was a gift from my sister, as I had long admired her own . She said it arrived very securely boxed. To say I am thrilled with it is an understatement. It is extremely healthy, very bushy, and I have counted 16 buds! Excellent all around!

Amazing roses really healthy full of buds and packaged with care no damage in transit and couriers that handle them appropriately. A truly winning combination. It’s my go to place for roses.

I contacted this company a few months ago as a complete "rose novice" and we needed something special for a member of our Board who was retiring and Olivia & Margaret were beyond helpful. They guided me through what was the best products, helped me choose a beautiful bush and then to top it off, potted it and kept it safe for at least two months until we were ready for delivery. Absolutely excellent service and will definately be using this company again. Cant recommend highly enough

While I was at work today, my husband received our Ebb Tide rose and he sent me a photo - my heart was instantly filled with joy. It is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be more delighted.

A big thank you to Style Roses for all their support. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with all my questions about the Ebb Tide Rose. I can't wait to plant it in a beautiful pot in memory of my late Sister-in-law. Purple was her favourite colour, and the Ebb Tide rose -with its rich velvety purple petals is a perfect tribute to her. I'll definitely be ordering from Style Roses again.
