This company is terrible, I WILL NOT buy from them again. I ordered a dress for my mothers birthday on 9/5 its 9/17 still haven't received my order. I had to call PayPal and file a case and call my bank to file for a dispute. NOT HAPPY!!!

Horrible scam artists. I wish I would have checked reviews before ordering. Even though the website claims full refunds on orders, they won’t give you an address to return to and they offered my a $7 refund on a $40 order and told me to keep dresses and give to friends or charity!
DO NOT PLACE ORDER THROUGH THEM!

They are scams i placed an order July 26 they sent me a email stating i didnt put my phn number on the order and i paid 15.95 for faster shipping. U cant call they have no number u can only email or live chat they never responded. Dont order dont order scam scam scam. I wish i would have looked at the reviews first

Terrible quality clothing diabolical non existent customer service. You are told you must email them to get a postal address before you can return your items. They have not replied to my email.
. Disgusted, its obviously a ploy to stop returns.!!!! Soon it will be past the return date.

To bad they don't have zero stars because they don't even deserve 1 star. It took weeks to call and email checking on my order, they finally sent it and both items were nothing like the online pics. Per their policy you could send the items back for a refund. But as you notice on their website there is no customer service number. They want you to contact them before you send the items back. When I finally got a hold of them by email, they wanted pictures of the items and refused to give me a return address. Terrible customer service and told me it would cost more to send the items back that I just needed to keep them. They are scammers, be very careful ordering from this place !

SUPER SCAM!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY - DO NOT USE THEM!!

Faulty products that can not be worn because sizing is terrible and none of the fastenings open. ie. the zip was there but fabric was stitched on top preventing access to the zipper.

Not willing to replace or refund or even provide return address. Stole $60.

This company is a scam and they do it very well, they claim to be from UK but when you submit payment it's a china wechat payment link.
I tried to cancel immediately after realizing that and they refused to cancel my order. Supposedly they shipped but nothing was ever received.

The worst! I tried to return a pair of jeans (per their return policy) and they responded once but without return information and NEVER responded again. BUYER BEWARE! Total SCAM!!!!

SCAM!! Extremely bad customer service, they would not assure me the item would arrive when needed as it was for a photo shoot. When it didn’t arrive in time and I asked to return the item which was completely unused and not even taken out of the packaging they would not supply a returns address or even reply to emails. They will also just send links to terms and condition, not helpful at all. Avoid buying as the quality of the products is also not great! Would not buy again from this company.

Good never arrived and they ignored all my emails and efforts to contact them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Chinese ripoff artists. Two shirts that would not fit any normal human. I wear a 2x. Ordered 3x. Could even begin to button. Was over 4 sizes too small. They offered $8.00 refund for a $58. Bill.

DO NOT order from here. I ordered a Medium dress at £29. I'm a size 10 but it was too small. I asked to return it, they told me I would have to pay the shipping costs to China at £30 or I could take a £5 refund!!!!!!

I purchased nice embroidered jeans in an XL. If there were an extra large I am Cinderella. It cost me about $40 to purchase these jeans. When I told them it was the wrong size, they offered me $3 to make it up to me. They told me they don't pay for postage I got to pay the postage both ways to China I'm wondering I reorder in the right side. Wow

DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY! I unfortunately ordered a dress from them on 5/19, they took my money, sent a confirmation, and that was it. On 6/1 I finally received a package, but what I received was nothing like what I ordered! I've emailed asking for information for a full refund and received this:

Would it be a considerate solution that we refund $3 to your payment account as compensation?
Are you kidding me....I paid $24.99. this company needs to be shut down and fined! They are a complete SCAM!

Hello, everyone.

My order 85619050548. The dress size “S” doesn’t fit me and they don’t have smaller size. When I wanted to return this dress, they told me that I must pay return shipping (dress price $36,29 and shipping $20. But in their rules on their website didn’t have this information. I’m bitterly disappointed their service and quality dress too.

Just like every other review says this seller sucks!! Took FOREVER to get my product and then it was totally different from how it was advertised. When I went to return it they took weeks to get back to me and give me a shipping label and then tried to give me a 10$ refund for a 60$ purchase. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Ordered a swimsuit and I’m still waiting for it to arrive almost 4 weeks later!! Emails have been sent and not a single reply! How rude! This website needs shutting down it’s a total SCAM!! I ordered through PayPal so I’m holding out for some hope I can get my money back! Please don’t order off this website take your well earned money else where!

do not order!!! Total scam. Return policy allows returns. Merchant won't let me ship back. Quality of item was terrible/unusable.

Placed an order on 5/10..Order Number provided and Money was immediately taken from my account..No additional email ever received..No shipping info..NO WAY TO CONTACT OR TRACK ORDER..Location on my bankcard shows San Jose California..ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE ACTUALLY IN CHINA..HAD TO REGISTER A DISPUTE!!
